1

She Eats Healthy

Brooks detailed her healthy diet to  Sports Illustrated. "For breakfast, I usually have avocado toast with a poached egg and coffee," she said. "Lunch typically consists of a salad or sandwich. For my salad, I usually create my own from Sweetgreen or Chop't [in NYC] with kale, spinach, romaine, tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, bell peppers and balsamic dressing. Otherwise, my sandwich is chicken salad." And for dinner? "I love having a rice bowl, sushi or pasta for dinner. The rice bowl I usually get from Cava, and it comes with white rice, crazy feta, chicken, onions, tomatoes and spicy peppers."

She Hydrates

First thing in the morning, Brooks takes a probiotic with a large glass of water. She continues hydrating throughout the day, carrying a gallon water bottle with her and sipping on it throughout the day. "I don't always get through it, but I try," she told Sports Illustrated.

She Does Intermittent Fasting

Brooks does intermittent fasting. "I start eating at 12 p.m. and have my last meal at 8 p.m.," she told Spors Illustrated. "So it's only an eight-hour eating period."

She Doesn't Diet

Brooks told Fox News she doesn't believe in dieting. Instead, she focuses on portion control. "I try to do everything in moderation and not limit myself too much. If I want a sweet I'll just have portion control and have a little bit of a cupcake instead of four cupcakes," she said. "I think that you can totally drive yourself crazy if you go on insane diets for long periods of time. You're just going to crack. It's taken me a while to just do everything in moderation — try to eat healthy as much as you can."

5

She Has "Cheat Days"

She also slips in cheat days. "This is so weird, but I love McDonald's," she told Fox News. "I eat cheeseburgers and french fries from McDonald's on my cheat days, which people might find gross. But I love McDonald's and I love pizza and I love wine. So that would probably be my meal, a very weird meal."

6

She Boxes

Nader revealed to Daily Mail that she is a fan of a certain fighting form of fitness. "I love boxing!" she said. "I've been training with Rob [Piela] at Gotham Gym since I moved to NYC and I've found it really helps strengthen, tone me and help keep my endorphins going which is my main goal. … I've gotten more into working out since I started modeling. It's a great way to relieve stress. If I've had a long day, I just punch it out in the boxing ring."

7

She Avoids Sugar and Dairy

"I try and stay away from sugar and dairy but if I have a craving, I'll definitely satisfy it," she added to Daily Mail. "Any 'diet' a person goes under should just consist of healthy eating, but don't beat up yourself if you need to satisfy that fried chicken craving — I am Southern after all."
