The Brazilian model shows off her incredible figure in one of her latest social media posts, wearing a bathing suit as she and a pal jump in the pool. "My dream come true," she captioned the Instagram post, tagging the Fairmont Maldives. She Enjoys Water Sports

Bruna stays active while she is on the beach with a variety of water sports. One of her favorites? Jet skiing. "The color of this sea," she captioned a recent Instagram video. "Who would risk it in this group? 😂 💦 I went slowly, scared of sharks lol," she captioned another post.

She Snorkels

Another water activity that Bruna gravitates toward? Snorkeling. "Snorkel time," she captioned a recent post. While snorkeling might not be the obvious fitness choice, surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

She Walks

Bruna travels around the world and spends a lot of time walking and exploring. "If I can give you a good tip for getting to know a new place: do everything walking. You will discover the corners, restaurants, shops… We walked a lot on this trip," she captioned a post from New York City. A recent study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

She Stays Hydrated

You can often find Bruna getting her hydration on by drinking out of a coconut. "It's raining (a lot) out there, and I just wanted to be like this.. ," she captioned a post. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

She Stand Up Paddle Boards

Bruna also enjoys stand up paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio, as it can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.
