Caggie Dunlop Shares Swimsuit Photo of "My Body"

This is how she shows her body love and appreciation.

Made In Chelsea star Caggie Dunlop is opening up about her relationship with her body and how she has learned to love herself. Dunlop, 34, shared a video of herself looking healthy and happy as she posed in a green bikini in the sunshine. "My body has changed a lot over the years and I'd say It has been most impacted by two things; my spiritual practice and how I speak to myself – which of course are interrelated. This relationship can become your worst enemy or your greatest ally. And ultimately this is our choice, even if it doesn't feel that way," she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Dunlop stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1

Running and Not Drinking

Dunlop loves the physical and mental benefits of running. "I've just started running again, which I am loving. I think it's great for clearing your head and makes me sleep much better," she says. "My non-negotiable health habit is I'm not a big drinker. In fact, I rarely ever drink alcohol anymore. It's the thing that has a positive impact on all my other healthy habits so has a sort of positive domino effect."

Yoga and Hiking

Dunlop enjoys yoga and hiking, especially when she is in Los Angeles. "I try and mix it up—yoga is something I struggle in disciplining myself to do regularly, but I always feel huge benefits from it mentally and physically," she says. "I'm in LA at the moment, so I alternate between HOT8YOGA where I do Barre classes or yoga in the heat, then hiking and a 'regular workout' at the gym, which will include a 20 min warm up running or cross trainer, and then a sequence involving various full body exercises. I enjoy taking classes at the gym too, that way you don't have to think too much about what you are doing! and when I am in London I train at the Lomax with my trainer Mark."

She's a Foodie

Dunlop doesn't follow any restrictive diets but tries to make good choices. "I am a foodie, so I enjoy eating and will always prefer to work out and eat than not eat so much!" she says. "I try and eat more plant-based meals, I love vegetables and salads which definitely helps, but I think everyone is unique and you have to work with what you enjoy, don't deprive yourself of anything."

Boot Camp Weight Loss

Dunlop lost 7 pounds in one week after going to boot camp. "The muffin top, like most women, I think, that's where extra weight goes first. The tummy and hips. It's also the hardest to shift," she says. "I can't quite believe that I've lost 7lb. The trainers at No1 Boot Camp are lovely but they can also be terrifying – one had his boot on my back as I was doing press ups. But it's incredibly motivating. I really enjoy exercise anyway, but boot camp gives you the extra push to keep at it. I feel better not only physically but mentally."

Self-Care Every Night

Dunlop makes time every evening for self-care. "Beauty wise, it's making sure I take the day off," she says. "I just got this Neom facial oil cleanser that is heaven. I am currently in the Isle of Wight so I am lucky to be by the seaside, here my evening ritual involves me going and sitting on the dock by the sea after dinner with a cup of tea and listening to some music. Plus some evening star gazing, which is quite incredible."
