She Goes for Walks
Camila also takes walks. While it might not seem like much, going for a daily walk, especially a brisk one, can be a game changer. She Does Pilates
Camila is also a fan of Pilates, "The workout I chose from the beginning of pregnancy, always doing proper exercises and with the necessary care," she captioned one of her posts. In another she revealed that she likes to do functional exercises, pilates, and stretching in one workout.
She Hydrates

She Does a Lot of Ab Work
If you want abs like Camila's you are going to have to work out for them. She regularly shares photos and videos of her workouts. Strengthening your midsection isn't just for looks – strong abs also help support your spine and posture. "Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. The stomach muscles sometimes are called abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, also called stability. Stability is important whether you're on the playing field or doing regular activities. In fact, most sports and other physical activities depend on stable core muscles," says the Mayo Clinic.
