Camila often goes on hikes out in nature. "What a day," she captioned this snap taken from one of her hikes.Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise, per the National Parks Service. They explain that it's "a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between." Physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. According to a Stanford University study, it offers many mental health benefits as well.

You can also find Camila blasting calories on the slope, which is another great workout. According to research downhill skiing offers a lot of health benefits, including physical fitness, decreased risk of cardiovascular disease and decreased risk of metabolic diseases.

Camila also exercises in the gym. "am my own biggest motivation," she captioned one of her photos. According to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans "physical activity is anything that gets your body moving." They recommend that adults aim for 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity every week.

She Rides Her Bike

Camila also goes for bike rides, a low impact aerobic exercise great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance, according to the Cleveland Clinic. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
