Sodi enjoys the many benefits of Pilates, including increased core strength. “Everything’s attached,” says yoga therapist Jodi Bar. “With the core, besides the stomach area, you’re also talking about your sides, your mid to lower back, your buttocks and your hips.”
2. Tennis

Sodi likes to play tennis, which is a great way to work out while having fun with friends. “Whether playing singles, doubles or hitting the ball against a wall, tennis is a full body workout,” says Dr. David Broom, Reader of Physical Activity and Health at Sheffield Hallam University. “Swinging the racket works the muscles of your arms, shoulders, back and core. You use the muscles of your lower body to run, jump, crouch and move on the spot.”
3. Watermelon Lover

Sodi enjoys fresh watermelon, which offers many health benefits. “We think of watermelon as a fun, seasonal food for barbecues and the beach, but it’s also really good for you,” says Lara Whitson, RD, LD. “It’s low in calories, keeps you hydrated and provides many other nutrients that can help you maintain good health.”
4. Skiing

Sodi is an avid skier and snowboarder. “All over the world if there are mountains and snow, there will be people skiing,” according to experts at the University of New Hampshire. “So not only do you have a great group of people having a fantastic time; you’ve got a motivational team that encourages you to get off the couch in the winter and get your heart pumping all day!”
5. Yoga
Sodi loves yoga, especially in the morning. “Because there are many styles of yoga—including gentle yoga and chair yoga—the practice is accessible to nearly everyone,” says Tracey M. Smith, DO. “Yoga has been shown to be a safe and promising stress management tool for children and adolescents, as well as pregnant people.”
