It’s about putting in the time and finding things you enjoy doing, so it doesn’t feel like that much work." "Exercising in the morning may be associated with lower blood pressure, better sleep and greater weight loss, due to improved fat burning and appetite suppression. Studies also suggest that people tend to be more consistent with morning exercise, due to fewer distractions that are likely to interrupt their routines later in the day," says the Cleveland Clinic.
2. She Works Out Multiple Times A Week
Swanepoel works out on a regular basis. She says that she makes sure to get a couple sessions a week in, even with her busy schedule. “I try to work out between three and five times a week,” she tells Savoir Flair. “Depending on how much time I have.” "The American Heart Association recommends a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity, or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic exercise, a week in divided sessions. Adding resistance training three times a week can further benefit you," says the Cleveland Clinic.
