She Eats What She Wants

Delevingne may be a model, but that doesn't mean that she is on a diet. Her trainer, James Dulgan has said that the model eats "whatever she wants." In 2015, Delevingne revealed that she struggled with depression in an interview. She said, "I think I pushed myself so far that I got to the point where I had a mental breakdown. […] I got to the point where I went a bit mad. …I thought that I was completely alone. I also realized how lucky I was, and what a wonderful family and wonderful friends I had, but that didn't matter. I wanted the world to swallow me up." Delevingne says that she now does yoga and has a support system around her to help her. "It's about finding people around you who have your best interests at heart. […] It's about finding people who care about you and support you. And I've now been able to become a support for other people, as well."

She Takes Care of Her Skin

To be a model, Delevigne has to take good care of her skin, and use products that help her skin. Delevigne told Glamour that her favorite products are, "Lucas' Papaw Ointment [as lip balm] and Nivea cream—they're great for dryness. I used to get psoriasis; the cream was so helpful." Delevigne also says she loves, "Dayle Breault in New York makes a wicked good spray! I see her for facials too."

Delevigne admits that it took her a while to fully accept herself and her sexuality, but coming to terms with being pansexual has helped her. "Once I could talk about my sexuality freely, I wasn't hiding anything anymore," she told Variety. Delevigne said that once she told her father, he accepted her fully, and this has helped her in life. "He was like, 'You deserve to be loved.' He was so sweet, I could cry about it right now."

She Had This to Say About Staying Thin

Cara once said: "It's horrible living in a world where I'll get a call from someone saying, 'So-and-so says you were partying a lot and you were looking this way and you need to lose weight,'" she said, talking about the fashion industry. "It makes me so angry. If you don't want to hire me, don't hire me." She had earlier said: "I'd like to be curvier."
