She Works On Her Flexibility

In a TikTok, Cardi opened up about her workout goals. She says that she is working on her flexibility. "I've been working out lately for two hours a day and then I stretch for an hour," she said. "I want to be able to be as flexible as I was before I had my son, but my real goal is I want to be as stretchable and flexible as I was when I was a stripper. But you can't build Rome in a day."

She's Consistent

In her TikTok, Cardi talked about the importance of staying consistent with her wellness. "A lot of people are so ignorant, like 'why are you working out, you have lipo.' But there's this thing called visceral fat, and visceral fat is the fat that surrounds your organs that you cannot lipo. That's why sometimes girls with lipo will have a snatched waist with a gut, and they're not working out their visceral fat, they just keep eating and eating; your waist is small, but they still got a belly. That's why you gotta work it out."

She Strength Trains

In her TikTok, Cardi shared some of her favorite workouts. One thing she likes to do is weight train. In the video, she is seen using battle ropes and doing jump squats while lifting a barbell. The Mayo Clinic states that weight training has a lot of benefits. "Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age."

She Has Confidence

In a 2020 interview with i-D, Cardi opened up about her "WAP" video with Megan Thee Stallion. She says that she is all about people having confidence in themselves. "I always encourage people to be confident, especially when it comes to your sexuality," Cardi says. "Some of these men are uncomfortable, they're not even comfortable being sensual. Maybe you're conservative, but everybody got a little freak inside them, you know? Every single person. Everybody gets horny, everybody gets a little tingle down there, you know what I'm saying. Just embrace it. Don't be scared about it."

She's Not Affected By Criticism

In her i-D interview, Cardi opened up about the backlash she's received for her "WAP" video. "It doesn't make me angry," she says. "It makes me happy. They keep talking and the numbers keep going up. At the end of the day, whatever they're saying, the numbers speak for themselves."
