1. She Has Grown

Lawrence opened up about her time on Too Hot To Handle to Complex. She says that she has grown a lot as a person from the experience. “I’m more honest now. I’m just gonna say what I want to say, because he’s gonna think of me how he wants anyway, you know? So I think I’m more just like honest with myself. Maybe a little bit more in tune with my feelings.”
2. She’s Authentic

When Lawrence was filming, she wanted to be her authentic self. She told Complex, “I hope people think I represented Toronto well. I just was 100 percent myself. I was like, ‘you know what? I’m just going to be the crazy one on the show, the dorky one, completely myself.’ I was just like, ‘I’ll just be the weird one.’ Yeah, I think I did good, I hope.”
3. She Walked Away From A Toxic Situation

Lawrence opened up about her decision to leave a relationship, and how to get over one, in an interview with Narcity.com. "I knew it was toxic,” she says. “So cutting it off was like a weight off my shoulders. I just cut off all contact and I think that made it easier. My advice would be to delete them off socials and keep busy! The right one will find ya."
4. She Doesn’t Care What Others Think
Despite being in the public eye, Lawrence doesn’t care what others think of her. “Before, I was so focused on what other people thought of me, what guys thought about me,” she tellsFashion Magazine. “And now I’m just doing my own thing. I’m not worried about how someone views me, or if a guy likes me. I guess I did change on the show, and I think my journey was really touched on.”
5. She Swims
Lawrence spends a lot of time at the beach and at the pool. Naturally, she likes to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. Lawrence shared this photo of herself in the pool. Swimming has a lot of health benefits. Better Health states, “Swimming is a great recreational activity for people of all ages.
