She Makes Time to Relax

Some spa time is a good idea once in a while. Try some of these massages, says the Mayo Clinic.

  • "Swedish massage. This is a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping. It helps you feel relaxed and energized.
  • Deep massage. This massage technique uses slower, more-forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It's commonly used to help with muscle damage from injuries.
  • Sports massage. This is similar to Swedish massage, but it's geared toward people involved in sport activities to help prevent or treat injuries.
  • Trigger point massage. This massage focuses on areas of tight muscle fibers that can form in your muscles after injuries or overuse."

She Has Dogs

Villalobos and her husband, Sebastian Caicedo, are the proud parents of three dogs. Villalobos told Hola magazine that when they moved from Colombia to Miami, they made sure to bring their pets. "They are our four-legged children. They are part of the family and they had to come here with us." Owning pets can be a great way to benefit your mental health and wellbeing, and they can help keep your heart healthy. According to The Heart Foundation, "The physical activity of walking and playing with your dog contributes to better overall cardiovascular health and fewer heart attacks."

Villalobos admits that she wasn't always excited about fitness, but since meeting her husband, she has become a lot more active. Villalobos says that she and Sebastian Caicedo like to work out together, and that his presence helps motivate her. "I didn't like the training very much, but I liked it when I started my relationship with Sebastián, who was always very athletic. I hate doing it alone, I always have someone by my side."

She Loves Healthy Breakfast Bowls

When it comes to breakfast, Villalobos says that she likes to start her day with healthy food. One of the ways that she does so is by enjoying a breakfast bowl in the morning. She posted this photo on Instagram of herself enjoying a bowl with different berries, coconut, and yogurt. Eating a healthy breakfast is important, and bowls like these can be a great way to achieve that.
