TV presenter Carol Vorderman is no stranger to staying in shape. She posts a lot of photos on Instagram of her fit figure, at age 61. Vorderman just shared a highlight reel on Instagram. 1. She Uses A Personal Trainer

Vorderman revealed some of her wellness secrets to DailyMail. She says that she uses a personal trainer to stay in shape. “I do keep fit, I started with a new trainer, a rugby captain in Wales and we have a good laugh.”
2. She Weight Trains

Vorderman does weight training. She tells DailyMail that her trainer got her into it. “He's pushing me harder now with weights. It's the weights you need as you get older because I'm quite happy with my body weight.”
3. She Doesn’t Weigh Herself

When it comes to weight, Vorderman is comfortable with hers. She says to DailyMail that she doesn’t actually weigh herself. “I don't actually know what I weigh but I'm happy,” she says. “I don't need to go on a diet or anything like that.”

Vorderman is open about using intermittent fasting as a way to stay in shape. She writes on Instagram, “So I'm doing this intermittent fasting thing. I've gone 20 hours without food, not felt a little bit hungry and I'm now having proper bacon - not the rubbish kind - and fresh, fresh, local eggs, everything local and I can't wait.”
5. She Paddleboards
Vorderman revealed on Instagram that she likes to paddleboard. She wrote, “Absolutely hooked now. We kicked off at 7am...high tide in the harbour...went around the headland....just the most perfect piece of paradise. Stopped on a desolate beach and back hours later for breakfast.”
