Carole Radziwill is going bananas with her bathing suit style! The former Real Housewives of New York star shows off her impressively fit-at-58 figure in a banana print swimsuit while vacationing in Greece. “I'm bananas for Antiparos,” she captioned the snap. How does she make 58 look like 28? Read on to see 5 ways Carole Radziwill stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Recently Revamped Her Approach to Health

In early 2022 Carole revealed she drastically changed her approach to health. “It's the time of year when people reassess. I don't make new year resolutions but I like hitting goals, short (sleep 7 hours) and long. Health is a long one,” she said. She added that after running the NYC marathon in 2017, she put more priority on her health. “Yes I was born with a strong metabolism and sporty genes...that helps but it doesn't guarantee health,” she added.

2. Her Diet Went From “Junky” to “Clean”

The Moth Ball 25th Anniversary GalaDimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images

Carole declared in the Instagram post that she spent her “entire adult life eating junky.” In 2016 she told People that she pretty much ate whatever she wanted. “I don’t have a food philosophy other than: Everything tastes better with salt. My diet reflects the fact that I grew up on pasta and carbs and the occasional piece of fruit in a family with five hungry kids. I learned to eat fast. My eating habits reflect a long and consistent belief that anything that can be eaten quick — and preferably standing up — is best,” she said. However, in her Instagram post she revealed that she eats a lot healthier now. “I started eating clean (no dieting or calorie counting)” she said.

3. Her Marathon Training Is No Joke

When it comes to Carole’s marathon training “slow & steady wins the race,” she revealed in her post. “I train 3, sometimes 4, days a week for 50 mins. Never longer. But always at least 3 days.”

4. She Lifts Weights

“Avoiding the gym” was also something Carole did prior to recommitting to health. “You have to find the exercise that works for you. I tried yoga and it didn't motivate me. Classes bored me (too easy to cheat 😉)I knew running was stressful on joints long term,” Carole said in her post. “Then I started weight training and I loved it. Females don't necessarily associate lifting as exercise for women but it's the best kind as you get older. I'm not excessive about it but I am consistent.Find what works for you and stick with it. Start once a week, master that then go to two days.” Why does she love lifting? “I focus on lifting weights and not cardio because that works for my body type. I've built muscle, gained pounds and lost inches. My body mass index is ‘athletic’ whatever that means. I'm no athlete but I feel strong when I used to feel scrawny.”

5. She Fasts

You won’t find Carole on a cleanse but she does appreciate another trendy method. “I don't like cleanses, and I don't believe in them. You know what the cleanse is? Don't eat for a whole day. Don't eat anything. Fasting one day a week is the healthiest thing. You'll live to 100," she told Elle.

Model Laura Giurcanu is enjoying the last days of August soaking up the sun in Spétses, Greece. Giurcanu shared a photo of herself lounging on a boat in a red bikini, leading to a chorus of approval from her Instagram followers. “Hot🔥,” said one of her fans. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Giurcanu stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves Regular Pilates Sessions

Giurcanu is a devotee of Reformer Pilates, and attends classes regularly (especially in the mornings). “Reformer Pilates globally strengthens the body using the subtlety of the springs to not just target the big muscle movers but also activate the small stabilizers of the body,” says Bodylove Pilates founder and instructor Ali Handley. “This creates change, harmony and balance throughout the body.”

2. She Enjoys Mushroom Risotto

Giurcanu is a big foodie, and considers mushroom risotto “soul food”. “Mushrooms are one of the few non-animal sources of vitamin D,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “When they are grown, exposed to ultraviolet (UV) radiation, either from sunlight or a UV lamp, mushrooms increase their concentration of vitamin D. In fact, you can even do this at home by leaving mushrooms out on the counter in direct sunlight for 15-120 minutes; studies suggest this simple act may result in levels of vitamin D2 as high as 10mcg per 100g fresh weight.”

3. She Loves Traditional Greek Cuisine

Sandwiches,With,HummusShutterstock

Giurcanu is true to her roots with her love for Greek cuisine, keeping hummus, eggplant and crusty bread in heavy rotation. “The Mediterranean Diet has been shown to be anti-inflammatory because of its focus on whole foods and omega-3 fatty acids,” says Julia Zumpano, RD, LD. “It also eliminates processed oils, like cottonseed and soybean oil, which are found in many ultra-processed foods.”

4. She Eats Vegetable Ramen Bowls

World Premiere Of Netflix's "The Gray Man" - ArrivalsDavid Livingston/WireImage

Giurcanu enjoys big, hearty bowls of vegetable ramen. Try cooking ramen in bone broth for extra nutrition. “Bone broth is associated with collagen, a structural protein found in skin, cartilage and bone,” says registered nutritionist Rachel Philpotts. “When boiled, the collagen in connective tissue is broken down into gelatine and various other health-promoting amino acids, such as glycine and glutamine. Consuming 300ml of bone broth has been shown to increase plasma levels of the precursor amino acids glycine and proline that are required to form collagen.”

5. She Loves Fruit

Giurcanu loves fruit, especially figs and raspberries. “Raspberries are rich in protective antioxidants that may protect against cancer,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “Animal studies suggest this may be helpful for colon, breast and liver cancer. However, human studies are needed to confirm these findings. Being rich in protective plant compounds called polyphenols, raspberries may help reduce the signs of aging and improve balance and strength. The berries are also rich in vitamin C, which is important for collagen production and may protect the skin from UV damage. Much of these findings are the result of animal models, so more human trials are needed.”

Tennis star Genie Bouchard is taking a well-earned break and enjoying some vacation time. The athlete posted an update on her social media from Turks and Caicos, where she poses on the beach in a rust-colored bathing suit. “On vacay, don’t text,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Bouchard stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Lots Of Bananas

Universal Pictures Presents The Miami Special Screening Of AmbulanceAlexander Tamargo/Getty Images

Bouchard says she always has bananas on hand to snack on throughout the day. “I always have my energy bars and energy gels on hand,” she says. “And bananas, definitely. All tennis players eat like five bananas a day.” Bananas are a great energy booster, experts say. “Since they have a low water content, bananas typically have more calories as well as a higher sugar content compared to other fruits,” says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. “They contain sugar in the form of sucrose, fructose and glucose in combination with fiber, this allows them to supply an instant yet sustained boost of energy. Being rich in potassium they support muscle contraction during exercise and may reduce the risk of cramping. As such bananas make a valuable inclusion both before and during a prolonged form of intensive exercise.”

2. Eggs For Breakfast

Bouchard admits that cooking is not her strong point, but she is comfortable making breakfast. “I’m not a cooking person, so there’s not much in the fridge. On the rare occasion that I do cook, I make myself breakfast,” she says. “Eggs are my go-to in the morning for some protein. Orange juice as well. You have to start your day off with that.”

3. Italian Food Is Her Favorite

Bouchard loves delicious Italian cuisine, especially when it’s fresh. “Olive oil is the primary source of added fat in the Mediterranean diet,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Olive oil provides monounsaturated fat, which lowers total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein (or "bad") cholesterol levels. Nuts and seeds also contain monounsaturated fat. Fatty fish, such as mackerel, herring, sardines, albacore tuna and salmon, are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. These polyunsaturated fats help fight inflammation in the body. Omega-3 fatty acids also help decrease triglycerides, reduce blood clotting, and lower the risk of stroke and heart failure.”

4. She Loves the Beach

Bouchard likes to swim on days she isn’t working out or playing tennis. “I love going to the beach and swimming in the ocean,” she says. “I think it’s so relaxing. It’s also a great form of active recovery. It’s perfect for those rest days when you still want to move a little bit.”

5. She Trusts Her Instincts

Bouchard makes a point to trust her instincts and have faith in herself. “I always try to remind myself that things can happen when you least expect them to. You just have to keep working hard and suddenly things will click,” she says. “That’s the experience that I’ve had in my career. I trust that if I’m doing the right things and I’m on the right path, even if times are tough, eventually I’ll reach my goal.”

Too Hot To Handle star Carly Lawrence is clearly happiest when she’s in a bikini. The reality star posted a video of herself on Instagram looking stunning in a purple bikini, with one fan commenting that she looks “maravilhosa”. So how does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Lawrence stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves Oysters

Lawrence enjoys oysters, which are a great source of vitamin D, copper, selenium, iron, vitamin B12, and zinc. “Yes, oysters are very good for you,” says preventive cardiology dietitian Julia Zumpano, RD, LD. “In fact, you probably didn’t know that it’s hard to beat all the health benefits of oysters from a nutritional standpoint. Oysters can really pack a healthy punch. Think of oysters as little shells full of nutrients.”

2. She Stays True To Herself

Launch Of MuzicSwipeMichael Tullberg/Getty Images

Being on a reality show didn’t affect Lawrence’s sense of self. “For me it was easy because I just didn’t have to think about it,” she told COMPLEX. “I just said what I wanted to say, I did what I wanted to do. There wasn’t much thought into it because I was like, this is just who I am as a person. I look back and I’m like, OK, maybe I shouldn’t have done or said that, but then I’m like, well, I’m being authentic. So that’s me. And if people don’t like something that I did or said, then they might just not like me.”

3. She Loves Her “Beach Hair”

Lawrence isn’t a fan of the overly-groomed look, preferring messier “beach hair”. “A lot of people just tell me to brush my hair, which I don’t disagree with them,” she jokes. Lawrence’s hair might actually be healthier this way, experts say, "After only a day of not using irons or heat instruments to style the hair, it will be in the condition that our hair is which is dehydrated, fragile, dull, and lifeless," says Garnier celebrity hairstylist Millie Morales. "After a month, you will notice an incredible, stronger change in your hair. You would have recovered the hydration, the natural oils of your hair and would have strengthened the protective layer of the hair."

4. She Loves the Water

Lawrence has posted lots of snaps of herself frolicking in the ocean (in a bikini, of course!). “The color blue has been found by an overwhelming amount of people to be associated with feelings of calm and peace,” says clinical psychologist Richard Shuster, PsyD. “Staring at the ocean actually changes our brain waves’ frequency and puts us into a mild meditative state.”

5. She Loves to Dance

Lawrence enjoys dancing, based on her TikTok posts. “We know that movement is good for everyone,” says Emily Sandow, supervisor of dance physical therapy at NYU Langone’s Harkness Center for Dance Injuries. “A healthy lifestyle is integrating the mind, body and soul relationship, and dance has all of those characteristics. Everyone can do something, even if it’s just you just tapping your foot. Everyone can do something where they can move their body to music, and that’s really valuable.”

Polish star Hanna Żudziewicz is showing off her spectacular dancing skills in a video posted on her Instagram. Wearing a black bathing suit top and gray shorts, Żudziewicz and partner Jacek Jeschke do a little dance on the beach before both of them end up falling over on the sand. “When you wanted to show off in front of your Dominican friends! 😎💃🏻😅,” she captioned the post. Read on to see 5 ways Żudziewicz stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Fresh Salad

Żudziewicz enjoys fresh salads, especially with feta cheese. “Feta cheese contains beneficial microbes including yeasts and bacteria, such as Lactobacillus plantarum, which may help support gut health,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “In fact, probiotic yeasts from feta have been seen to tolerate low pH levels which puts them at greater chance of surviving the harsh environment of the stomach and getting to the part of the gut where they can be of most value.”

2. Coffee For Energy

Żudziewicz enjoys the energy boost coffee provides. “Coffee may help some people maintain alertness and energy levels thanks to its caffeine content,” Shubrook says. “When coffee is consumed, it is absorbed into the bloodstream and travels to the brain where it ‘fires up’ certain neurons which may improve memory, mood, energy and cognitive function, if consumed in moderation. Other reports suggest drinking coffee before exercise may reduce rates of exertion and potentially improve athletic performance.”

3. Calamari For Lunch

Fried,Squids,Or,Octopus,(calamari),With,Sauce,-,Unhealthy,FoodsShutterstock

Żudziewicz loves delicious calamari for a healthy lunch. “A basket of calamari is, no doubt, one of the most delicious ways to start a meal,” says nutritionist Robin Miller. “Nutritionally speaking, calamari (Italian for squid) is crammed with copper (one 3.5-ounce serving has 90% of your RDA). Why should you care? Copper is essential for all this: proper growth of the skeletal, nervous and cardiovascular systems; reducing inflammation and arthritis symptoms; pigmentation of hair, skin and eyes; building connective tissue; stimulating the brain; absorbing iron; stalling aging; producing energy in the body; inhibiting bacteria such as E-Coli; reducing cholesterol and boosting immunity.”

4. Dancing Queen

Żudziewicz dances for a living, which is a fantastic workout in itself. “Dancing is mainly linked to physical health benefits, but when you dance you are moving different parts of your body in a coordinated way, and this activates several parts of the brain,” says the British Heart Foundation. “One small study even found that dancing is associated with a lower risk of dementia. The research, published in the New England Journal of Medicine, followed 469 people aged 75 and over, who didn’t have dementia at the start of the study. The researchers measured the association between leisure and physical activities and the likelihood of developing dementia over time. They found that dancing was the only physical activity associated with a lower risk of dementia.”

5. She Loves To Swim

Żudziewicz enjoys swimming. “Swimming is the fourth most popular sports activity in the United States and a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity,” says the CDC. “Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. This can also lead to improved health for people with diabetes and heart disease. Swimmers have about half the risk of death compared with inactive people. People report enjoying water-based exercise more than exercising on land. They can also exercise longer in water than on land without increased effort or joint or muscle pain.”

Dani Elle Speegle in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Just a Girl and Her Barbell"

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper in Two-Piece Workout Gear Cheers on "Consistent Actions"
Camila Guper / Instagram

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
