Dieckmann spends a lot of time outside. One thing she enjoys doing is going swimming. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself going for a dip. Dieckmann captioned it, “Water heals, comforts, saves, blesses...Thank you.” She also posted these photos of herself in the water, captioning it, “Can you enter. 23. I feel ready.”
2. She Eats Healthy, Then Indulges
Diekmann revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview with the diet and fitness magazine, Boa Forma. She says that she tries to eat healthy most of the time. However, she also allows time for some indulgences, as long as she gets back on track right away afterwards. “It’s all about compensation,” she explains. “Now that Easter is over, I try to eat healthier.”

For Diekmann, staying healthy doesn’t mean weighing herself. She tells Boa Forma that she doesn’t use a scale. Instead, she opts for seeing how her clothes fit each day. “I don’t weigh myself anymore because I’m at an age where the best way to know if you’re doing well in terms of weight is checking how your clothes fit on you.”
