Derpienski loves shellfish, especially oysters. “Fish and shellfish have some of the highest protein percentages of all the recommended foods,” says Franziska Spritzler, RD, CDE. “That means more protein per calorie, which means you’ll feel fuller longer.”
2. Avocado Lover

Derpienski says her favorite healthy food is avocado, which experts say is a great choice for a nutritious snack. "They're packed with good fats and fiber, which means they help you stay full longer," says Charlotte Roberts, a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator with Cedars-Sinai. "They're also a great source of vitamins."
3. Instagram vs Reality

Derpienski emphasizes the difference between Instagram and real life. “I’m honest. We’re only humans,” she says. “As you can see, I don’t show my family, my partner, everyday life… I impose on myself the pressure of being perfect in social media, because I know that if I feel too much pressure from people, I can always turn off the phone and take care of my duties, e.g. education, cleaning, cooking (I’m a perfect house girl). Are you sure that Kim K looks like Kim K all the time?”
4. Inner and Outer Growth

Derpienski cares about developing and improving herself on the inside as well as out. “My goals in the industry are obviously good fashion shows and campaigns, but my greatest goal is learning,” she says. “Learning from every situation. Thanks to this industry, I grew up quickly and became independent.”
5. Downtime Activities
Derpienski’s downtime consists of simply doing things that make her feel happy. “I love reading books,” she says. “Spending time with my partner, cleaning, cooking, learning, going to the gym, beach, taking care of myself, getting enough sleep.”
