1. She Lifts Weights
Cassie is a big fan of strength and weight training. You can find her with her trainer at the gym, attempting to lift incredibly heavy weights. “Haven’t done a barbell bench press in over 4 years but I was feeeeeeling it,” she captioned a post. “Can always count on @theshawnspears & @ferlanbaileyifbbpro to hype me the f up.”
2. She Hikes
Cassie loves to hit the trails. “Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. 4. She Fuels Her Body for Fitness
Because she is a professional athlete, Cassie makes sure to fuel her body with food. One of her favorites? She loves pasta and other Italian food. “Pasta la vista bby,” she captioned a post.
