Cat Deeley is soaking up the Southern California sun! In her latest social media post the So You Think You Can Dance host shows off her famously fit figure in a swimsuit and shares her love of Los Angeles. “New York is always fun, but it’s lovely to be back, poolside, in sunny LA…. ☀️💛 California vibe,” she captioned the post. How does the 45-year-old maintain her fit physique? Read on to see 5 ways Cat Deeley stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Starts Her Day with Green Juice

Cat starts her days “very early,” because she has young children. She used to sip on a cup of warm lemon water first thing, but her dentist told her it would ruin her tooth enamel if she continued drinking it. "Now I have a green juice. I have celery and cucumber, and a little bit of lemon juice and ginger," she told Women’s Health. Next up? A cup of Joe. "I feel sometimes like I need my cup of coffee to properly get my eyes open and get myself moving," she said.

2. She Loves Snacking

Deeley loves snacking and doesn’t consider it an indulgence, as her mother always kept them around when she was a kid, so she never felt they were off limits. "She never made things 'bad' or never made things, you know, unobtainable or, you know, we were free to help ourselves whenever we wanted to," Cat explains. "I think by doing that you kind of learn what makes you feel your body feel good and what makes you feel healthy. I like to listen to my body a lot."Now, her go-to snacks are a piece of fruit, such as a banana, or a handful of almonds. When she wants something more savory, she'll grab crackers and cheese.

3. She Does Intermittent Fasting

Cat eats an early dinner with her family and then fasts until the morning. "I'm doing intermittent fasting, which I didn't realize. But it seems to work really well for my body I think I sleep better...I actually feel so much better as well rather than having a meal later on in the day at like eight-thirty or nine o'clock or whatever," she told Women’s Health.

4. She Does Yoga

Sarabande Foundation Fundraiser at The Standard, LondonDave Benett/Getty Images

Cat doesn’t like strength training or jogging. "Running and gyms don't suit me, you have to find what you like,” she told Metro. Regular yoga keeps her from looking like an "old lady" even though she is "not very stretchy naturally” she says. "I'm not very stretchy naturally so yoga helps me, otherwise I'd look like an old lady." She trains with Tara Lee. "Tara introduced me to the wonderful world of yoga 10 years ago ... I couldn't even touch my toes! I've been hooked ever since," she added to Self. She even does her yoga videos, "Elements of Yoga" DVDs. "With her yoga DVDs, even I can find some 'me time', to focus my mind, reset my body and just breathe," she said.

5. She Hikes

Another one of her go-to workouts? In addition to “four times a week” yoga sessions, she goes on a daily hike. “Even if you can just do twenty minutes it makes all the difference – I just put my trainers on and walk down the hill with my dog. You never regret doing exercise, you never come back and wish you hadn't done it, it feels amazing,” she told Cosmopolitan.

Emmy Nominated host of So You Think You Can Dance, Cat Deeley, is enjoying her summer. She’s making sure to hit the beach and spend time in the sun. Deeley shared a stunning new photo on her Instagram story recently. In it, she lounged in the sun reading a book. She captioned the post, “What beaches are made for.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Cat Deeley stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Drinks Green Juice In The Morning

Deeley opened up about her daily diet to Women’s Health. She said that she used to drink lemon water each morning, but stopped after it affected her teeth. Deeley says that she found another healthy alternative. “Now I have a green juice. I have celery and cucumber, and a little bit of lemon juice and ginger.”

2. She Loves BB Creme

Makeup,Foundation,,Cosmetic,Cream,Smear,In,Shape,Of,Heart,IsolatedShutterstock

Deeley shared some of her favorite skin and hair products with GetTheGloss. She says that she loves BB Cream. “I can’t carry the whole collection of products with me because I travel all the time and I don’t have space in my bag! I want to make my beauty maintenance regime as easy and as pared down as possible so for me it really works. In LA it’s brilliant because I can just put it in when it’s wet too, then separate my hair and twist both lengths of hair before tucking it behind my ears. I let it dry and then when I shake it out, it’s wavy. If I need to put some more on afterwards to just get rid of the frizzes, then it’s great for that too.”

3. She Takes Care Of Her Hair

Deeley opened up about her hair care routine to GetTheGloss. “If I have to work, I wash it everyday, but quite often I do my own hair for events because I can’t be bothered to sit in a chair for two hours. If I’m in LA, I’d rather have a swim in the pool or read a great book or a magazine and sit and let it dry after putting on some Pantene Pro-V Fine Hair Instant Nourishing Spray , £4.99 or BB Crème in the ends. I like it like that.”

4. She Embraces Her Look

Deeley is all about embracing her signature look, and she likes to find hairdressers and makeup artists that work for her. “I like the idea of embracing every person’s individuality and how creative they can be by the look that they have,” she told GetTheGloss. “It’s such a sign of who you are. For me it’s really hard to find hairdressers and also make-up artists in LA who don’t give you a full once over, and you end up coming out looking like a cross between Alexis Carrington Colby and Dolly Parton. It’s really weird. It’s hard to find someone whose work I like, and sometimes I’d rather do it myself and feel more comfortable.”

5. She Has More Knowledge

Cat.DeelyCat Deely/Instagram

Deeley tells GetTheGloss that she feels like she’s learned a lot more as she’s gotten older. “What I love about getting older is the confidence that comes with it, and how you know who you are. If you can team that with looking after yourself a little bit more by doing a little bit of exercise every day, that’s great. And then I think just moisturise, moisturise, moisturise! Everything you can do to cling onto every last bit of moisture in your skin before you turn into a shrivelled old prune! Whether that’s drinking tonnes of water or using facial oils or great moisturisers, vitamins, fish oils, whatever it is whack it in. You start to realise what works and what doesn’t; I’m much more discerning as a beauty buyer now. I like products that do more than one thing like the BB crème because I don’t have time, and also space wise because I’m constantly travelling.”

American Pickers star Danielle Colby is sharing one of her favorite hobbies with fans: underwater swimming. Colby posted a photo of herself along with a quote by David Lynch, looking serene in a two piece swimsuit. “Meditation is to dive all the way within, beyond thought, to the source of thought and pure consciousness. It enlarges the container, every time you transcend. When you come out, you come out refreshed, filled with energy and enthusiasm for life,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Colby stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Swim

Colby is an accomplished underwater swimmer. "Every time I go for a swim I feel like the earth and my incredible swim colleagues have enabled me to have experienced something pretty amazing," says Dr Jenny Martin, a physician and clinical pharmacologist at the University of Newcastle. "You get a release of hormones that make you feel good, like the molecules that are in morphine drugs, and other feel-good hormones like serotonin, dopamine. After an ocean swim in winter, you sometimes get a temporary natural high when you get out … definitely a euphoric feeling."

2. Paddle Boarding

Colby shares her adventures with paddle boarding on her social media. “I had a breakthrough today with @rinconpaddleboards I have never been able to root myself properly for longer duration. I could get up but it didn’t last long,” she says. “Damiano took the time during our private lesson to break down every detail of what’s happening on the board, in the water and in my body and how to respond for more stability. I have a long way to go and needs to stay lower and work on arm placement but I felt so happy with today’s lesson🎉 I always Learn so much.”

3. She’s a Dancer

Colby is a professional dancer, something she says changed her life from day one. “I discovered Burlesque in Chicago quite some time ago, years and years ago- I was addicted from the first show,” she says. “There’s something very empowering about Burlesque. I started learning right away, I started performing way too soon! There’s some great video footage to prove that. But it’s all been a really fun journey, even watching old videos, it’s cool to see how much more at ease I am with myself and with my audience. But it’s funny, I have maintained the same lumbering stance since I started. There’s nothing delicate about me on stage, I just throw my guts out there and then I walk away and let people sort out what they saw.”

4. Mental Health and Confidence

Colby says giving back to the community is one of the best ways to gain happiness and confidence. “My advice, for what it’s worth… If you’re trying to gain or regain confidence, don’t do it through Burlesque,” she says. “Help in your community, educate yourself, travel, find where your real strength lies.”

5. Embracing Her Unique Looks

Colby is famous for her many tattoos, something she considers a “storyline” for her life. “I don’t think I took collecting tattoos seriously at first,” she says. “I mean my first tattoo was an LBT tribal tramp stamp of a butterfly…Ha! I have definitely acquired some more impressive tattoos since then but I collect them for the story. I’m not afraid of people judging the work I have on my body, it’s a storyline for myself. I love it when my friends work on me, I love to collect the memories, I cannot have an artist work on me that I don’t feel close with. I have to feel a sense of kinship I’ve been very fortunate to find that across-the-board with my tattoo artists.”

1. She Loves the Beach

“Gorgeous beach days and unending cocktails 🍸,” Ileana said once. “Being active on sand isn't just about soaking up some rays. When sand moves beneath your feet, it engages your ankles, arches, and calves, which can burn extra calories while you move,” says Cedars-Sinai. “Taking it slow, staying on wet sand, and wearing shoes can help keep you upright and enjoying a great workout in the ocean air this summer.”

2. She Had Body Dysmorphia

“I’ve always worried about how I looked. I’ve worried my hips are too wide, my thighs too wobbly, my waist not narrow enough, my tummy not flat enough, my boobs not big enough, my butt too big, my arms too jiggly, nose not straight enough, lips not full enough….. I’ve worried that I’m not tall enough, not pretty enough, not funny enough, not smart enough, not ‘perfect’ enough,” she once wrote. “Not realising I was never meant to be perfect. I was meant to be beautifully flawed.

Different.

Quirky.

Unique.

Every scar, every bump, every “flaw” just made me, me.

My own kind of beautiful.

That’s why I’ve stopped. Stopped trying to conform to the world’s ideals of what’s meant to be beautiful.

I’ve stopped trying so hard to fit in. Why should I?? When I was born to stand out.”

3. She Says “Take Care of Yourself”

Ileana once wrote: “Take care of yourself. Take care of what you choose to put into your system. The body you have is uniquely beautiful so nourish it - physically as well as mentally.

Lastly dress up, show up, not for anyone else. Just do it for you. It’s so worth it. Trust me. ♥️”

4. She Likes Dogs Over Humans

Ileana shared a photo of herself with a dog. “If you really think I’m ever gonna look at a human like this……Hahahahahahahahahhaha,” she captioned it. “#doggosoverhumans @orotheindie 🥹♥” “Owning a dog can help you live longer. A comprehensive review of studies published between 1950 and 2019 found that dog owners had a lower risk of death. Studies suggest that dog owners have lower blood pressure levels and improved responses to stress. Even just living with a dog makes a difference—people who had experienced previous coronary events had an even higher level of risk reduction for death. Research has concluded that the bond between humans and dogs reduces stress, which is a major cause of cardiovascular problems,” says the American Kennel Club.

5. She Enjoys Some Country Air

Entertainment India NovemberProdip Guha/Getty images

“Throwing it back to the time I was casually chilling in lovely picturesque English countryside, in animal print, black lace, and goth makeup 💀 😂,” she captioned a photo she shared recently. “Grill out on the patio. Or if the weather is cool, bundle up in warm clothes and sit around a fire pit. If you and your friends haven't been vaccinated, keep your gathering small, maintaining social distance from others. Plan activities that don't require close contact. You may even choose to have everyone bring their own food and drinks. Wash your hands when you arrive and leave the gathering,” says the Mayo Clinic.

The opportunity comes to you, you'll see if you ride it. Hold on tight, don't let go. Laugh... Weeps that each one has his time. Laugh... Cry, live your life, enjoy it all.”

4. She Gets Her Vitamin D

"Vitamin D isn't naturally found in many foods, but you can get it from fortified milk, fortified cereal, and fatty fish such as salmon, mackerel and sardines. Your body also makes vitamin D when direct sunlight converts a chemical in your skin into an active form of the vitamin (calciferol)," says the Mayo Clinic. "The amount of vitamin D your skin makes depends on many factors, including the time of day, season, latitude and your skin pigmentation. Depending on where you live and your lifestyle, vitamin D production might decrease or be completely absent during the winter months. Sunscreen, while important to prevent skin cancer, also can decrease vitamin D production."

5. She Likes the Beach

"Swimming can improve mood in both men and women. For people with fibromyalgia, swimming can decrease anxiety, and exercise therapy in warm water can decrease depression and improve mood. Water-based exercise can improve the health of pregnant people and has a positive effect on the pregnant person’s mental health. Parents of children with developmental disabilities find that recreational activities, such as swimming, improve family connections," says the CDC.

Alice De Bortoli doesn’t just light up Instagram with her stunning fashion and effortless style—she also shares the secrets behind her enviable beach-ready physique. The Italian influencer keeps her followers in the loop when it comes to fitness, beauty, and wellness, proving that looking and feeling great is all about consistency. From skincare rituals to core-sculpting workouts, De Bortoli’s daily habits make it clear that staying in shape is about more than just hitting the gym. Whether she’s cooking up homemade meals, breaking a sweat, or showing off a fresh new look, she’s all about feeling her best from the inside out. Here are five of her go-to habits for maintaining a strong, confident, and glowing presence all year long.

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

De Bortoli has impressive skin. Naturally, she takes care of it on a regular basis. De Bortoli shared this video on Instagram sharing her skincare routine. She captioned it, “The secret to perfect skin? Here is my step by step routine! ✨💦🎀 What product can you absolutely not live without?”

She Changed Her Hair Color

Alice De Bortoli dyed her hair

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli recently changed her hair color. She explained why in the caption of this Instagram post. “The good thing about this color is that it does not require frequent touch-ups and it easily adapts to natural hair growth, it is versatile and can enhance any body and face shape 🧡for those who are tired of blonde or brown, bronde is the solution to change harmony without distortion 🤍for those who have a fair complexion, the most golden tone is recommended 🤎 for the dark complexion, on the other hand, more ash brown ❤️ 🔥what can I say... For me the bronde conquered, and what do you think?”

She Cooks

Alice De Bortoli is seen cooking

De Bortoli likes to cook, and she was taught to do so by her grandmother. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her grandmother cooking together. De Bortoli captioned it, “Grandparents are wealth in society, my grandmother loves to cook and do it with her since I was a child. She has always inspired my creativity, patience, discipline and order but above all traditions, history, and the concreteness of nature's gifts. The greatest teaching my grandparents passed on to me is respect for people, the environment, animals and the kitchen... Today together we made Carnival Frittelle, an easy, quick dessert that adults and kids love. The ingredients are few and simple (but of high quality) and, trust me, the result is guaranteed: nice round but above all soft and tasty.”

She Works Her Abs

Alice De Bortoli doing ab exercises

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

De Bortoli shared this video of herself working out on Instagram. In it, she is seen doing core exercises like sit-ups. Core exercises are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes. Strong core muscles help athletes, such as runners. That's because weak core muscles can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries.”

She Works Out With Others

Alice De Bortoli works out with a friend

Alice De Bortoli/Instagram

In the previous Instagram video, De Bortoli is seen working out with a friend. Better Health says that this has a lot of benefits. “You’re less likely to get bored when you have a workout buddy, especially a friend. While you’re catching up, having a laugh, encouraging each other, you’re also getting healthier. It’s a win-win. Chatting to a friend during exercise and breaks can help time pass quickly too. You’ll have more options as well, such as a game of tennis or squash.”

Kristin Cavallari is a reality TV and fashion icon. Since she debuted on Laguna Beach, people have clamoured for her fashion and beauty secrets. Cavallari recently shared her eye makeup secrets on Instagram, after several people asked for them. She captioned the post, “This is for the girlies in my DMs asking about this eye every time I do it. Sorry the lighting is awful. I also don’t know why the audio isn’t in sync for half of it 🫣 but here ya go 💗”

She's Less Strict With Her Diet

Kristin shares a Zucchini Almond Butter Blondies recipe

Kristin Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari has written several cookbooks, and they have changed as her diet has changed. While promoting her book, Truly Simple with EatingWell, she revealed that her diet is less strict. “I've gotten to a point in my life where not everything has to be so perfect anymore,” Cavallari said. “I used to be so strict about what I was putting in my body. I'm still very healthy and very conscious of it, but I've gotten a little bit more lax. True Roots and True Comfort had nothing ‘white’ in them: no white flour, no white sugar, no white salt. But in Truly Simple, I bend a little bit in a few of the recipes, which really reflects where I am in my life and my new way of eating. Everything is a little bit more relaxed around here now.’

She Loves Cauliflower

Cavallari tells EatingWell that she loves making foods with cauliflower. “I love cauliflower because I think it's very versatile, and there's actually a Sweet Harissa Cauliflower recipe in Truly Simple that's my absolute favorite cauliflower recipe on the planet. If you've ever been to True Food Kitchen, their cauliflower was the inspiration behind it. There's this sweet harissa dressing that's on it, and there's little chopped-up dates in it, so it has that nice balance between sweet and savory. It's the absolute best.”

She Loves Salad

Krisitn Cavallari/Instagram

Cavallari likes to make salads. She shared one of her favorite recipes with EatingWell. “This salad has a few of my favorite things: salmon (which has omega-3s and is so, so good for you), bacon (no explanation needed), avocado (healthy fats), and spicy tomatillo ranch dressing (just yum). Together, they create culinary heaven. If you aren't familiar with tomatillos, they're similar to tomatoes but are slightly less sweet and are perfect when drenched in ranch.”

She Works With A Trainer

Cavallari tells Us Weekly that a lot of her gym sessions are with her personal trainer. “He kicks my ass,” she says. “He pushes me really hard. He has me actually lifting really heavy weight, the heaviest weight I’ve ever lifted in my entire life. I feel the best I ever have. I feel like I’m the strongest I’ve ever been.”

She Shared Her Eye Makeup Trick

Cavallari shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Us Weekly. She says that consistency is one of her biggest priorities. “My goal is sort of, right now, just to maintain the muscle that I have,” she says. “I’m really petite. I have no hips. I’m just small. And so if I don’t work out for like a week or two, I feel like all my muscle goes away. So it is about consistency for me.”

It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”
