She Starts Her Day with Green Juice

Cat starts her days "very early," because she has young children. She used to sip on a cup of warm lemon water first thing, but her dentist told her it would ruin her tooth enamel if she continued drinking it. "Now I have a green juice. I have celery and cucumber, and a little bit of lemon juice and ginger," she told Women's Health. Next up? A cup of Joe. "I feel sometimes like I need my cup of coffee to properly get my eyes open and get myself moving," she said.

She Loves Snacking

Deeley loves snacking and doesn't consider it an indulgence, as her mother always kept them around when she was a kid, so she never felt they were off limits. "She never made things 'bad' or never made things, you know, unobtainable or, you know, we were free to help ourselves whenever we wanted to," Cat explains. "I think by doing that you kind of learn what makes you feel your body feel good and what makes you feel healthy. I like to listen to my body a lot."Now, her go-to snacks are a piece of fruit, such as a banana, or a handful of almonds. When she wants something more savory, she'll grab crackers and cheese.

Cat eats an early dinner with her family and then fasts until the morning. "I'm doing intermittent fasting, which I didn't realize. But it seems to work really well for my body I think I sleep better…I actually feel so much better as well rather than having a meal later on in the day at like eight-thirty or nine o'clock or whatever," she told Women's Health.

She Does Yoga

Cat doesn't like strength training or jogging. "Running and gyms don't suit me, you have to find what you like," she told Metro. Regular yoga keeps her from looking like an "old lady" even though she is "not very stretchy naturally" she says. "I'm not very stretchy naturally so yoga helps me, otherwise I'd look like an old lady." She trains with Tara Lee. "Tara introduced me to the wonderful world of yoga 10 years ago … I couldn't even touch my toes! I've been hooked ever since," she added to Self. She even does her yoga videos, "Elements of Yoga" DVDs. "With her yoga DVDs, even I can find some 'me time', to focus my mind, reset my body and just breathe," she said.

She Hikes

Another one of her go-to workouts? In addition to "four times a week" yoga sessions, she goes on a daily hike. "Even if you can just do twenty minutes it makes all the difference – I just put my trainers on and walk down the hill with my dog. You never regret doing exercise, you never come back and wish you hadn't done it, it feels amazing," she told Cosmopolitan
