Charli D'Amelio is once again causing a stir on the Internet, this time by posting a rare bathing suit selfie. “I’ve been stuck in my ways for a while,” the influencer, who first went viral on TikTok, told her many millions of fans. “Yessss😍,” commented fellow Web star Tatayanna Mitchell. “Yep ate the girls up 🔥🔥🔥,” said Markell Washington. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Charli D'amelio stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Has Danced Her Whole Life

“I actually had like the one video to go viral that kind of started it all,” she told Jimmy Fallon. “It was a duet of this woman, Move With Joy, who makes ‘easy dances’ and it's her voice speaking. And you just copy whatever she says. So I edit the video that she did, and it was just like, step, step, hip, hip, stuff like that. Very simple. It was like eight moves and I posted it. I was on my way to some summer dance camp thing. It was about an hour and a half away from my house. So I had posted it before I left. And then I got in the car with my mom for an hour and a half. And my phone kept going off and I was like, mom, like, what's going on? Like, why are people liking this? This is so…I got 90 likes,” she said with a laugh. “And then I was like, wait, what do I do now?” She continued: “Then my next video, I went back to of course, posting me dancing in my room or my bathroom by myself. I've been training and dancing since I was three, I actually started competing when I was five. Dance has been a part of my life since, ever. There's videos of me dancing…before I could walk.”

2. She Has Anxiety

Charli can get anxiety and panic attacks that cause her to "cry for three days straight" until she feels like she’s "not even Charli anymore." "I'm just this emotional person that doesn't function properly," she said to Avani Gregg on the Facebook Watch show "Here For It.” "And I get into these, like, really, really bad places, and it's scary for me. I'm not myself, and I don't know what takes over, but it's just so much built up that I'm trying to get out all at once, and it's really tough. Especially when you feel like everyone has an invitation to say anything about you."

3. She Drinks Coffee

“Caffeine is the first thing that comes to mind when you think about coffee. But coffee also contains antioxidants and other active substances that may reduce internal inflammation and protect against disease, say nutrition experts from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine,” says Hopkins Medicine. “Recent studies found that coffee drinkers are less likely to die from some of the leading causes of death in women: coronary heart disease, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease.”

4. She is Not Perfect 24/7

“Same as everyone else, I grew up watching people online and seeing how perfect they are and no one really gets into the, ‘Hey, I'm not perfect. I have lots of things that I wanna work on to make myself feel better. And there's things that I still have to do.’ I still have to, at the end of the day, go to school, I still have to eat three meals a day. I have to clean my room. I have to do chores around the house. Like it's the same thing. And I feel like having people know that I do those exact same things that they do is something that's a little bit comforting and it brings us together. And it's like, I don't wanna put myself on this pedestal that I am perfect 24/7, because I'm very much not. I have my bad days. I have my down days. I live a normal life at the end of the day, but I post on social media and I feel like so many people try to play themselves as perfect. And I just cannot be that person. I can't do that to myself. That's too difficult,” she told ET.

5. She is Anti Cyber-Bullying

Charli and her sister Dixie “paired up with UNICEF for Internet Safety Day and talking about how cyber bullying really can affect people. And I feel like it's very important to raise awareness about that. Cause a lot of people don't like talking about the hate they get and I know, especially me, I get a lot,” she told Fallon. “I'd rather use the platform that I have now to talk and raise awareness because yeah, ot hurts when I'm getting it [now], but it hurts the same when I was in school and someone would comment like, oh, you're ugly under my Instagram post. And I had like what? 40 followers? Yeah. It hurts the same. So I just feel like it's very, very important raising awareness about that and just showing everyone like it's okay to not be okay.”

American Pickers star Danielle Colby is sharing one of her favorite hobbies with fans: underwater swimming. Colby posted a photo of herself along with a quote by David Lynch, looking serene in a two piece swimsuit. “Meditation is to dive all the way within, beyond thought, to the source of thought and pure consciousness. It enlarges the container, every time you transcend. When you come out, you come out refreshed, filled with energy and enthusiasm for life,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Colby stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves To Swim

Colby is an accomplished underwater swimmer. "Every time I go for a swim I feel like the earth and my incredible swim colleagues have enabled me to have experienced something pretty amazing," says Dr Jenny Martin, a physician and clinical pharmacologist at the University of Newcastle. "You get a release of hormones that make you feel good, like the molecules that are in morphine drugs, and other feel-good hormones like serotonin, dopamine. After an ocean swim in winter, you sometimes get a temporary natural high when you get out … definitely a euphoric feeling."

2. Paddle Boarding

Colby shares her adventures with paddle boarding on her social media. “I had a breakthrough today with @rinconpaddleboards I have never been able to root myself properly for longer duration. I could get up but it didn’t last long,” she says. “Damiano took the time during our private lesson to break down every detail of what’s happening on the board, in the water and in my body and how to respond for more stability. I have a long way to go and needs to stay lower and work on arm placement but I felt so happy with today’s lesson🎉 I always Learn so much.”

3. She’s a Dancer

Colby is a professional dancer, something she says changed her life from day one. “I discovered Burlesque in Chicago quite some time ago, years and years ago- I was addicted from the first show,” she says. “There’s something very empowering about Burlesque. I started learning right away, I started performing way too soon! There’s some great video footage to prove that. But it’s all been a really fun journey, even watching old videos, it’s cool to see how much more at ease I am with myself and with my audience. But it’s funny, I have maintained the same lumbering stance since I started. There’s nothing delicate about me on stage, I just throw my guts out there and then I walk away and let people sort out what they saw.”

4. Mental Health and Confidence

Colby says giving back to the community is one of the best ways to gain happiness and confidence. “My advice, for what it’s worth… If you’re trying to gain or regain confidence, don’t do it through Burlesque,” she says. “Help in your community, educate yourself, travel, find where your real strength lies.”

5. Embracing Her Unique Looks

Colby is famous for her many tattoos, something she considers a “storyline” for her life. “I don’t think I took collecting tattoos seriously at first,” she says. “I mean my first tattoo was an LBT tribal tramp stamp of a butterfly…Ha! I have definitely acquired some more impressive tattoos since then but I collect them for the story. I’m not afraid of people judging the work I have on my body, it’s a storyline for myself. I love it when my friends work on me, I love to collect the memories, I cannot have an artist work on me that I don’t feel close with. I have to feel a sense of kinship I’ve been very fortunate to find that across-the-board with my tattoo artists.”

Chanelle Hayes is a lot of things. She’s a reality star who competed on the popular series, Big Brother. She’s also a model, singer, and businesswoman. Hayes is also known for her body-positive Instagram posts, where she talks about her weight loss and health journey after having two children. 1. She Stays Active With Her Kids

Hayes posted a photo on Instagram showing the difference between her active lifestyle and her inactive one. Hayes revealed in the caption that her active lifestyle involves doing a lot of activities with her kids. “Last weekend I took the kids trampolining, next week we are going swimming.”

2. She Bikes

Yellow,Bicycle,On,Leaf,Wall,Background,,Vintage,StyleShutterstock

In the same photo on Instagram, Hayes says that she is also an avid biker, and she likes to bike with her son. She writes, “In the left pic, I sat sweating due to my excess body weight watching my son play football. In the right, I had just beaten him at a race of the Monsal trail, so I was sweating for the right reasons!” Hayes continues, “I wasn’t in any agony after this bike ride, I was starving, but pain free. So I finished off with a nice Caesar salad and a side of “smug” from winning the race.”

3. She Doesn’t Use Filters

Hayes posted a photo on Instagram of her body looking two different ways. She revealed that she is the same weight in both photos, but used airbrushing and filters in one photo. Hayes writes that she’s working to accept her body in its natural state, and isn’t using filters on social media. She writes, “Although I still don’t love the look of it and would like to change bits of it- I accept that it’s the real me. It scares me that some of the pictures we post online are so unlike the real us, we wouldn’t actually recognise each other in the street without the editing or filters. At least you know if you see a rough saggy old bird with a flat butt it’s actually me and not that unrecognisable species on the left lol. Also I much prefer the Matalan basics set on the right instead of all those fiddly bits on the fancy sets.”

4. She Doesn’t Eat A Restrictive Diet

In a post on Instagram detailing her weight loss, Hayes revealed what she eats in a day. She also says that she isn’t on any restrictive diets, and feels like they work better for her. She writes, “I feel satiated and full after such small amounts now I never feel like I’m missing out because that gnawing hunger of being on a diet isn’t there. I have noticed that a year on I can definitely eat more than a year ago but my level of restriction differs on a day to day basis.”

5. She Embraces Her Body

Hayes is known for being a body-positive activist, and shares posts on social media about self-love and acceptance. In one post, Hayes posed in a bikini, and encouraged her followers to embrace their bodies for what they are, and not to worry about a “bikini body.” She writes, “After years of hating my body for being too big, it’s now small enough that my skin looks saggy and baggy. I have four boobs because my implants are in one place and my actual skin and breast tissue are in another. I have stretch marks on practically every area of my body, cellulite is my constant companion no matter how big or small I may be at any given time. I didn’t love the look of my body then and I don’t love the look of my body now, but I DO love taking care of my body and the confidence that comes with being healthy. I’m never going to look like the airbrushed images of people online, but does that mean I don’t have a bikini body? No. So I wanted to share my tips with you guys on how to get a “bikini body”: 1. Get a body. 2. Put a bikini on it Voila! You have yourself a bikini body.”

Madison LeCroy is living her best life this summer in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts the Southern Charm beauty goes boating in her bathing suit in her hometown of Charleston, South Carolina. “Keepin' it reel,” she captioned the Instagram post shared with her followers. How does the reality star stay healthy and fit? She has a few unconventional methods. Read about them below.

1. She Uses an “Infrared Sauna” Blanket

At home, Madison uses an infrared sauna. She is also a fan of using a sauna blanket when she is on the road. “You guys know that I have the one out in the garage, but this one you can travel with,” she said in an Instagram Story. According to the star, the blanket is “mood-lifting” and activates “glowing skin.” There is also a towel that goes with the sauna that “goes on underneath” for a “dry brushing” and provides a “full-body detox.”

2. She Gets Plastic Surgery

Madison is open about going under the knife. "After giving birth to an 10-pound baby eight years ago, I no longer felt confident in my own skin," she revealed in an Instagram photo. "I’ve always been fitness obsessed and aware of what I was eating but sometimes, no matter how much you diet and exercise, there are areas that don’t quite bounce back to where they were originally." She went to doctor, Patrick O'Neill, who "gave me my confidence back and transformed the parts of my body that I was most self-conscious about. Women should never be shamed for doing anything that makes themselves more confident or love themselves more. If it makes you feel better about yourself, do it!" she said.

3. She Does Cold Plunges

Madison is one of the many stars who is obsessed with cold plunging. “Have you guys ever done cold plunge!? If not go see my friends at @sweathouzmtpleasant @sweathouzwestashley but if you aren’t local find one near you @sweathouz,” she captioned a recent post.

4. She Does Healthy Cleanses

Woman,Saying,No,And,Avoiding,Drinking,Alcohol.,Concept,Of,Alcoholism,Shutterstock

Madison does healthy cleanses. One 30-day eating and drinking plan she was on eliminated alcohol as well as "artificial" carbs and sugar. "I just started to feel really bad," she said about why she was inspired. "I just said, 'This has got to stop, so I'm gonna make these foods and I'm gonna eat this kale salad and eat grilled chicken and broccoli four days a week, or whatever it was, and no alcohol for 14 days.' That kind of thing was very tough," she added to Bravo.

5. She Is “Good for a Week and Bad for a Week” with Diet and Exericse

Madison has a yo-to approach to diet and exercise. “It’s definitely been a struggle. I go back and forth. I’m good for a week and bad for a week,” she said about her eating habits. “I try to work out at least four days a week, sometimes it’s three days. It’s all generally mental health for me, I crave it. I definitely feel that it makes me a little bit less on edge… I love working out with other people, all ages, all sizes, because when the girl beside me is giving me a run for my money, you know I’m running fast. I’m like, ‘OK, girl. Let’s go.’”

Sophie Piper is embracing island life – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Love Island beauty shows off her fantastic figure in a swimsuit during a tropical vacation at Kandima Maldives with Josh Ritchie. “Island life,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps taken at the picturesque resort. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

She Doesn't Go Under the Knife

Sophie claims she hasn’t gone under the knife. “It’s your own body, you can do what you want to,” she told Grazia, weighing in on the show’s reputation for girls getting work done. “I wouldn’t have surgery myself; I don’t want it. I’ve got such a low pain tolerance as well; I’d be squirming around.”

She Gets Her Steps In

Stand Up Paddle Boarding

Sophie loves paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and cardio. Water sports can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140-pound male and 436 calories for a female of the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.

She Skis

When Sophie hits the mountains, she throws on a pair of skis. “Ski club,” she captioned a photo. Research has linked downhill skiing to several health benefits. In addition to promoting physical fitness, it may decrease the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Studies have also found that the more frequently a person skis, the prevalence of known hypercholesterolemia, systemic hypertension, diabetes, the frequency of mental stress, and the occurrence of memory deficits decline.

She Loves Group Fitness

“You’ve got to be body confident,” Sophie told Grazia. One of her favorite sweat methods? Group fitness. “A few gym classes can’t hurt,” she said.

She Goes Snorkeling

On her recent Maldives vacation, Sophie and Josh snorkeled in the crystal clear water. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Tammy Hembrow is a fitness influencer and expert. She has her own app, called Tammy Fit. Hembrow has a lot of challenges on her app. Recently, she advertised a challenge with a workout video on Instagram. Hembrow captioned the post, “We are 3 days into our first @tammyfitapp challenge of the year & I am more motivated than everrrrr. (Sign ups are still open if you haven’t joined yet - there’s still time to catch up!! - link in bio). Soooo happy seeing so many of my girlies (and guys) in this challenge doing it with me!! And I CANNOT wait to see everyone’s results at the end of the 8 weeks. We got thissss 💪🏼”

She Does Pulldowns

Hembrow is seen doing pulldowns in her Instagram video. Piedmont reports that pulldowns have a lot of benefits. “The lat pulldown is a fantastic exercise for strengthening the latissimus dorsi muscle, the broadest muscle in your back. This muscle promotes good posture and spinal stability. Form is crucial when performing a lat pulldown to prevent injury and reap the best results.”

She Lifts Weights

Tammy Hebrew is seen using dumbbells.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen doing a lot of exercises with weights in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness states that using weights to workout has a lot of benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

She Tracks Her Meals

Hembrow likes to track her meals on her app. She talked about the benefits of this in the caption of this “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. “Make sure to take advantage of the calorie/macro tracking features in the @tammyfitapp during this challenge guys. It can be really helpful in reaching specific goals quicker. And it also can help educate you on your food choices when it comes to nutrition, ratios, hidden calories, overeating or under eating etc. honestly I’d recommend any beginner try it out just to get a good feel for how you’re fuelling your body!! I feel like when people think of ‘meal tracking’ it can be seen as something that seems restrictive or something only bodybuilders do. When in reality it can be such a helpful tool and you can learn things that will actually encourage long term habits 🫶🏼🫶🏼”

She Loves Bananas

Tammy Hebrew has a banana snack.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying bananas in her “What I Eat In A Day” Instagram video. The Cleveland Clinic states that bananas have a lot of benefits. “A single medium-sized banana offers about 32 mg of the mineral magnesium, which fulfills around 8% to 10% of your daily magnesium requirement. Magnesium is involved in many processes in your body, including: Blood pressure. Blood sugar levels. Building proteins. Maintaining bone. Muscle function. Nerve function.”

She Loves Cottage Cheese

Tammy Hebrew's snack the contains banana and cottage cheese.

Tammy Hebrew/Instagram

Hembrow is seen enjoying her bananas with cottage cheese in the previous Instagram video. Cottage cheese is very healthy. UCLA Health reports, “Cottage cheese’s protein content and low calories make it an ideal food for weight management. Research shows that whether you are trying to lose weight or reduce your risk of overweight or obesity, eating a high-protein diet can help you feel full and satisfied for longer.”

I don’t deprive myself,” she added to TODAY. Why should you consider amping up your protein intake? “I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it,” she recently told InStyle. “I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline.”
