1. She Does Full Body Workouts
Fulop shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. She makes sure to workout her entire body. In this video she posted of a training session, she shares her go-to full body workout. In it, Fulop is seen weightlifting, using an exercise bike, doing tricep pulldowns, and v-sit crunches. She captioned the post, “You BECOME what you THINK most of the TIME. 2. She Does HIIT
One type of workout that Fulop likes to do is high-intensity interval training, or HIIT. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing a HIIT session with her trainer. In it, she is seen doing exercises like exercises with weights, leg curls, and mountain climbers. 3. She Weight Trains
Fulop does a lot of weight and strength training. In many of her workout videos on her Instagram, she is seen using weights and weighted machines. Fulop doesn’t skip leg day. She does a lot of lower body exercises and workouts, as you can tell from the videos she posts on Instagram. 5. She Doesn’t Make Excuses
Fulop doesn’t make excuses when it comes to exercise. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “It's that I can't. It's that it's very difficult. It's that I don't have time...The schematic is the justification for the mediocre, as simple as that. You will begin to achieve what you propose when you stop making excuses. So go hard my people! They are loved.”
