Catherine is extremely consistent when it comes to exercise. “Hello my beautiful people! Today Saturday is also training, it's the 4th day of training this week and as I always tell you, I like to train 5 or 6 days a week. I still have Sunday, hahaha hopefully the will comes to me!!” she captioned a 2021 post about her workout routine.
2. She Does Circuit Training
Catherine recently shared her exercise circuit with her Instagram followers. “We hope you enjoy it and serve as a guide,” she captioned the post. “Circuit work 5 laps - Quads Extension - Chest Flat - Triceps Extension in Pulley - Kettlebell swing - Abs sit up or plank Rounds of 30 second activity for 15 second rest.
