1. Her Diet Is Healthy
Catherine eats three meals a day. "I only actually eat real food because I have to right now. My dream is to only eat desserts, ever. It's a goal,” she told WSJ. Magazine. "I'm a big kind of European, three meals a day [person]," she added. "In the whole lockdown, I relished having my kids and my husband here for breakfast, lunch and dinner."
2. She Works Out Alone

Unlike most Hollywood stars, Catherine doesn’t depend on a trainer to keep her in shape. “I don’t have a trainer. Crazy, right? But I don’t need anyone to motivate me,” she told InStyle. “I love exercise, even things like the elliptical machine and stretching. It’s a legacy of dancing all those years.”
3. She Also Likes to Dance
Catherine loves to dance and incorporates it into her workouts. "I have a ballet barre in my gym,” she told The Telegraph. "I turn the music up so loud that the walls are pulsating, and I go for it for an hour. I also hula-hoop, walk on the treadmill, do the elliptical [machine]. I try to keep the whole body working.”
4. She Works Out Daily

Catherine exercises “at least 45 minutes a day, seven days a week,” she revealed to InStyle, and are as much inspired by her mental health as physical. “It really helps my mood too, which, with the bipolar thing, is important,” she said. She also revealed to W that swimming, tennis, peloton, working out in her home gym and tap dancing are some of her other favorite workouts.
5. She Hydrates

Catherine drinks a lot of water to maintain her PH balance and avoids alcohol, she explained to W. This, in addition to her healthy diet, helps keep her “body free of any inflammation inside and out.” Cold press juice and Kombucha are also part of her hydration routine.
6. She Loves Salad

Jones told Harper's Bazaar that she loves to eat salads, usually pairing them with a protein like chicken or eggplant. "I have a salad every meal other than breakfast because I just adore it," she said. "Something light that doesn't weigh me down too much."
7. She Skis
Jones also enjoys skiing, hitting the slopes with husband Michael Douglas. "Cross country skiing this morning. So beautiful,” she captioned a recent image of the duo.
