Khanna makes sure to eat healthy. She revealed in an interview that she has started a new diet. "I started the keto diet after much deliberation,” Khanna says. “The body feels amazing already. The energy level has been reset for me. It's important for me to get into the skin of the character that I would be playing, as my audience deserves it.”
2. She Consulted A Dietician
In the same interview, Khanna says that before she started the keto diet, she sought help from a professional. “I consulted a dietician before beginning taking a leap into the world of keto. I feel it is very important to do so otherwise it can even have the opposite effect than what you're expecting. I am working day in and day out and I feel I am just getting started. There are multiple things on my plate and it's a good feeling to have."
3. She Dances
Khanna is an avid dancer. She shares a lot of posts on her Instagram of herself dancing.
