Chantel Jeffries is heating up Miami with her super fit body! The DJ, who is in the South Florida beach town for work, has been showing off her figure in a variety of swimsuits over the past week, in-between gigs in the Miami Design District and LIV nightclub. "82 degrees," she captioned on. How does the 29-year-old keep herself in such fantastic form? Read on to see 6 of Chantel Jeffries’ top tips for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Make Healthy Eating a Lifestyle

Chantel-JefferiesChantel Jefferies/Instagram

Chantel “eats pretty healthy” but how she approaches nutrition is “not really dieting,” she explained to the Daily Mail. “'There’s things I don’t eat, and it’s become a lifestyle. I have problems with a lot of different foods and when I eat them I don’t feel so good so I try to stick to exactly what I’m supposed to eat so that I don’t feel sick and then I just stay in shape because everything’s pretty healthy.”

2. Eliminate Sugar, Dairy, and Gluten From Your Diet

Chantel avoids eating a few different things. “I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible,” she added to the Daily Mail. “I don’t eat dairy or gluten because I’m allergic.” Sugar is truly dangerous. In a review of literature in PLOS Medicine, the authors looked at 18 scientific conclusions drawn from systematic reviews of studies on the link between sugar-sweetened beverage consumption and weight gain or obesity. Among reviews conducted by scientists without any reported conflict of interest, 10 out of 12 found that sodas and other sugary beverages could be a risk factor from weight gain.

3. Take a Walk Right After a Meal

Chantel has an interesting tactic to optimize digestion. “'Whenever I’m home, every time I finish a large meal I like to go for a nice walk. It’s good to digest your food and clear your head anyways,” she told Daily Mail.

4. Eat Lots of Protein and Fat

Chantel refuses to starve herself, and instead eats nourishing foods that promote muscle growth. She even shared a page from her diet journal on Twitter revealing the go-to foods in her high protein, high fat” diet. She eats lots of turkey bacon, coconut, olives, avocado, ground turkey, eggs, kale, mushroom, peppers, spinach, fish, chia seeds and cauliflower rice.

5. Hydrate

"The Batman" World PremiereCindy Ord/WireImage

Chantel prioritizes hydration. In her food diary she noted that avoids drinking her calories (so no fruit juice) and instead drinks “lots of water.” “So how much fluid does the average, healthy adult living in a temperate climate need? The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is: About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men. About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women,” says the Mayo Clinic.

6. Mix Up Your Workouts

Chantel recently shared a YouTube video outlining her approach to exercise. In it, she reveals that cycling, hiking, swimming, and roller skating are a few of her go-tos. “A good way to stay motivated is doing different things,” she says. She also does strength training.

Chantel Jeffries works hard and plays hard, living her best life on vacation at the beach. The DJ shared a snap of herself posing on the sand in a red bikini, with beach umbrellas and blue skies in the background. Jeffries is relaxing after performing a set poolside at Strawberry Moon in Miami Beach, making this a busy summer for the star. So how does she have the energy? Here are 5 ways Jeffries prioritizes her health and wellness, and stays on the move.

1. No To Dairy, Yes To Water and Vitamins

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,27:,Chantel,Jeffries,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Jeffries avoids dairy and stays hydrated. “For me beauty starts being healthy inside out, I think it’s really important for me to drink a lot of water, exercise to have healthier skin,” she says. “For my skin care I use CLEARGEN, it keeps my skin glowing. For my beauty products, obviously Chantelle XO eyebrows is very important, that is the main focus of my face. I also really like eyelash extensions! I mostly make sure to drink a lot of water, I have to stay away from dairy because it makes me breakout. I take supplements – a lot of vitamins!”

2. Cardio and Weights

Jeffries does cardio and weights whenever she can to maintain her physique. “I try to work out almost every day when I’m in town,” she says. “When I’m traveling, it’s kind of hard. I mostly do cardio and lift weights and work at Equinox – I like it there because I usually sweat in a steam room post workout. I put coconut oil on my hair quite a bit – my hair is usually really dry so I have to make sure to put a lot of moisture on it.”

3. She Plays Golf

Jeffries loves to play golf when she gets the opportunity. “We know that the moderate physical activity that golf provides increases life expectancy, has mental health benefits, and can help prevent and treat more than 40 major chronic diseases such as heart attacks, stroke, diabetes, breast and colon cancer,” says Dr Andrew Murray from the University of Edinburgh. “Evidence suggests golfers live longer than non-golfers, enjoying improvements in cholesterol levels, body composition, wellness, self-esteem and self-worth. Given that the sport can be played by the very young to the very old, this demonstrates a wide variety of health benefits for people of all ages.”

4. Adventurous Spirit

Los,Angeles,-,Feb,12:,Chantel,Jeffries,Arrives,For,MichaelShutterstock

Jeffries, who has a background in modeling, is passionate about trying new things. “I would describe myself as energetic and adventurous,” she says. “I love trying new things. Keeping life interesting is what it's all about. There aren’t too many things I won’t try at least once. Oh, and I love to make people laugh. Being 5’6” I never really thought of being a model.”

5. Her Beauty Tricks

Chantel-Jeffries-5Chantel Jefferies/Instagram

Jeffries’ beauty tricks are all about giving the illusion of a natural look. “I’ve learned so many tricks, but if you’re on the go and you’re a little greasy, you can always grab those toilet seat covers and use them to blot your skin,” she says. “That comes in handy a lot. Hair spray on a spoolie brush or toothbrush works really well too. And one of my favorite looks is faux freckles, because it makes you look like you’re wearing less makeup. And I love applying your makeup setting spray before you highlight, because it makes the highlighter really show. And I do that before my mascara, so it doesn’t make my mascara run.”

Bianca Bustamante is revving up her engine in 2025 – in her workout gear. In a new social media post, the racecar driver reveals she is taking “the next major step” in her physical journey as a race driver “and I’ve set the target high!” she says in a new Instagram post, filled with video clips of herself lifting heavy weights at the gym. “Never been more motivated in my life, it’s not physically easy for a girl in this sport, but I’m super excited to take on this new challenge and the next big step on my racing journey,” she added. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Lifting Weights

Bianca spends hours at the gym where she focuses on strength training along with endurance, cardio, reaction time, and reflexes. “You know, to be a driver, it’s a complete package. It takes strength. It takes mental fortitude. It takes reflexes, smart thinking, and survival skills,” she told MEGA Active. “Sometimes it's for the body, sometimes it's for the mind. Nothing more peaceful than early sessions,” she captioned an Instagram post of one of her sessions.

Double Down On Training

In her recent post, Bianca reveals that she working extra hard at the gym. “I’ve been working hard over the years to build a solid foundation, but in 2025, I’ll be working with @j_w_90 and I’m doubling down on my training. Increasing to two workouts a day not just on lifts but aerobic endurance, as well as a better focus on nutrition and rest, in order to raise the bar to compete in the higher formulas,” she said.

Fueling Your Body With Protein

Bianca makes sure to eat enough protein in order to build more muscle and stay as lean as possible to meet the weight requirement. “It’s been a really cool journey seeing my body develop and transform into this whole different person I never knew I could become,” she said. In her new post she added that she is meal prepping. “I’m soooo all in that im even learning how to cook & meal prep better than ever before,” she writes.

Taking Cold Plunges

As for recovery, cold plunging is part of Bianca’s training regime. Limited research supports the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increasing focus, improving sleep, and decreasing inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes post-sport recovery.

Working On Self-Esteem

Positive self-talk is also important. “Of course, I put a lot of pressure on myself, but in the end, I always tell myself that as long as I give my best and I learn from it, any mistake I make is valid,” Bianca explained. “I always try to repeat that to myself that I am valid. I’m here for a reason and there’s nothing I would rather do than be here.”

Jogging

Brenda enjoys jogging. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Walking Her Dog

She also takes her dog on long walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Dancing

You can also find Brenda dancing to burn calories. Dancing is an excellent workout for many reasons. It builds strength and promotes flexibility, helps you lose weight, and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop or die from heart disease than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues

Swimming

Brenda spends a lot of time in her swimsuit so it isn’t surprising she loves to swim. According to the CDC, swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, multiple studies support the mental health benefits of swimming.

Hydration

Finally, Brenda hydrates, especially after a long workout or sun exposure. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is essential for various reasons. Water helps eliminate waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature regular, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

She Supports Animals

Romani has her own charity, Help Miami Cats. She talked about how she started this in the caption of this Instagram post. “❤️ Guys!!!! I have always loved cats and had many growing up. When I moved to Miami Beach I met a great calico named Chacha and learnt that cats were brought to the city by Mayor Lummus … against rodents. Cats rely on volunteers for their food and water and there’s a huge amount of them. There’s a city program to Spay and neuter with the wonderful @sobecats ladies and the feeding is made official by a City Sanctioned badge, yet new cats keep getting dumped daily sadly and there’s a never ending amount of work, emergencies and so on. I was on a feeding rotation but during the pandemic I was left alone caring for so many as people left town or couldn’t afford feeding anymore …I decided to start my own non profit @helpmiamicats . We feed close to 200 and when Batman got paralyzed took him and other special needs cats under my care … @stevensachs69 with the cat room and the amazing people involved devote their lives to these special souls … My life has changed a lot too … way less spare time, way more sweat and tears and lost the person I had by my side who had sadly other priorities … yet gained so much love from these lovely creatures !!! If you can please get involved in any way … follow @helpmiamicats , share, volunteer, adopt … donate … Only together we can make their world a better place !!! And yes … just me feeding the kitties and talking to them … 🤷🏻♀️👀😆❤️🙌”
