Jeffries always stays true to herself. She tells Euphoria Magazine, “I never feel like I need to change for somebody else, but I have this thing with trying to become the best version of myself. Chantel “eats pretty healthy” but insists her method is “not really dieting.” “'There’s things I don’t eat, and it’s become a lifestyle,” she dished to Daily Mail. “I have problems with a lot of different foods and when I eat them I don’t feel so good so I try to stick to exactly what I’m supposed to eat so that I don’t feel sick and then I just stay in shape because everything’s pretty healthy.” Her diet is “high protein, high fat,” per the diet journal she once posted on Twitter.
