“Invest in your energy, invest in your environment. Your environment has a direct impact on your life, so be intentional with it. Surround yourself only with people who contribute to your broth and expansion. All energy is contagious,” says a quote from BobssBabe.Inc, shared by Chantel on the same day as her swimsuit photo. “Been on that for a decade,” says Jeffries.

Chanel once photographed her diet plan for a friend and shared it on Twitter with the world. On it was a list of healthy things to heat (avocado, eggs, chicken, greens), a list of things to enjoy in moderation (bananas, berries) and a list of no-nos (rice, bread, high-sugar foods, dairy). It was a perfect balance of lean proteins, healthy fats and foods high in fiber.

For breakfast, she enjoys “eggs with avocado and turkey bacon or chicken sausage” or “unsweetened coconut yogurt with granola, stevia, chia seeds and cinnamon.” For lunch, she might have “grilled salmon with carrots and avocado, quinoa or sweet potatoes” or a “chicken bowl with cauliflower rice and broccoli” or a “turkey burger with avocado, lettuce wrap.” For dinner, she may have “chicken or ground turkey tacos with corn tortilla or lettuce cups, sushi or turkey meatloaf.”

Chanel enjoys rice cakes with almond butter or a vegan protein shake with blueberries and almond butter. “Among the biggest benefits of switching from peanut butter to almond butter? You can enjoy significantly more calcium in every spoonful,” says our sister site Eat This, Not That! "Almond butter is an excellent plant-based calcium source. It provides about seven times more calcium than peanut butter," registered dietitian Amy Richter, MS, RDN, LDN, owner and founder of The Acne Dietitian, told the site.

“I have problems with a lot of different foods and when I eat them I don’t feel so good so I try to stick to exactly what I’m supposed to eat so that I don’t feel sick and then I just stay in shape because everything’s pretty healthy,” she has said. “I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible… I don’t eat dairy or gluten because I’m allergic, so I just think during the holidays, being active and going for walks and stuff like that because you’re eating so much. Whenever I’m home, every time I finish a large meal I like to go for a nice walk. It’s good to digest your food and clear your head anyways.”
