Chantel Jeffries heated up the Coachella music festival over the weekend. The DJ and former flame of Justin Bieber showed off her famous figure in a vibrantly hued swimsuit while cooling down in a swimming pool in Indio, California. “It’s 5 o’clock somewhere,” she captioned the image. How does the 29-year-old keep herself so fit? Read on to see 6 of Chantel Jeffries’ top do’s and don’ts for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Do Change Your Lifestyle

Chantel doesn’t treat her diet like a trend. She told the Daily Mail that “eats pretty healthy” but explained that her approach is “not really dieting.” Instead, she puts her focus on maintaining a healthy balance 365 days per year. “'There’s things I don’t eat, and it’s become a lifestyle. I have problems with a lot of different foods and when I eat them I don’t feel so good so I try to stick to exactly what I’m supposed to eat so that I don’t feel sick and then I just stay in shape because everything’s pretty healthy.”

2. Don’t Consume Sugar, Dairy, and Gluten

Chantel avoids eating three things. “I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible,” she added to the Daily Mail. “I don’t eat dairy or gluten because I’m allergic.” Why health experts are on the fence about dairy and gluten, most agree that sugar isn’t good for you. In one review of literature published in PLOS Medicine, authors analyzed 18 scientific conclusions drawn from systematic reviews of studies on the link between sugar-sweetened beverage consumption and weight gain or obesity, with 10 out of 12 finding that sodas and other sugary beverages could be a risk factor from weight gain.

3. Do Exercise After Eating

Chantel maintains that getting in a little exercise after eating can promote digestion. “'Whenever I’m home, every time I finish a large meal I like to go for a nice walk. It’s good to digest your food and clear your head anyways,” she told Daily Mail.

4. Do Eat Protein and Fat

Chantel eats nourishing foods that promote muscle growth. On Twitter she shared her diet journal, revealing the go-to foods in her “high protein, high fat” diet. She eats lots of turkey bacon, coconut, olives, avocado, ground turkey, eggs, kale, mushroom, peppers, spinach, fish, chia seeds, and cauliflower rice.

5. Don’t Forget to Hydrate

Chantel drinks a lot of water to stay hydrated. In her food diary she revealed that she tries not to drink her calories (so no fruit juice) and instead drinks “lots of water.” “So how much fluid does the average, healthy adult living in a temperate climate need? Per the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, an adequate daily fluid intake is about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men or bout 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women, says the Mayo Clinic.

6. Don’t Do the Same Workout Over and Over Again

In a recent YouTube video outlining her approach to exercise, Chantel explained her approach. “A good way to stay motivated is doing different things,” she says in it, revealing that cycling, hiking, swimming, and roller skating are a few of her go-tos. She also does strength training.

Chantel Jeffries works hard and plays hard, living her best life on vacation at the beach. The DJ shared a snap of herself posing on the sand in a red bikini, with beach umbrellas and blue skies in the background. Jeffries is relaxing after performing a set poolside at Strawberry Moon in Miami Beach, making this a busy summer for the star. So how does she have the energy? Here are 5 ways Jeffries prioritizes her health and wellness, and stays on the move.

1. No To Dairy, Yes To Water and Vitamins

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,27:,Chantel,Jeffries,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Jeffries avoids dairy and stays hydrated. “For me beauty starts being healthy inside out, I think it’s really important for me to drink a lot of water, exercise to have healthier skin,” she says. “For my skin care I use CLEARGEN, it keeps my skin glowing. For my beauty products, obviously Chantelle XO eyebrows is very important, that is the main focus of my face. I also really like eyelash extensions! I mostly make sure to drink a lot of water, I have to stay away from dairy because it makes me breakout. I take supplements – a lot of vitamins!”

2. Cardio and Weights

Jeffries does cardio and weights whenever she can to maintain her physique. “I try to work out almost every day when I’m in town,” she says. “When I’m traveling, it’s kind of hard. I mostly do cardio and lift weights and work at Equinox – I like it there because I usually sweat in a steam room post workout. I put coconut oil on my hair quite a bit – my hair is usually really dry so I have to make sure to put a lot of moisture on it.”

3. She Plays Golf

Jeffries loves to play golf when she gets the opportunity. “We know that the moderate physical activity that golf provides increases life expectancy, has mental health benefits, and can help prevent and treat more than 40 major chronic diseases such as heart attacks, stroke, diabetes, breast and colon cancer,” says Dr Andrew Murray from the University of Edinburgh. “Evidence suggests golfers live longer than non-golfers, enjoying improvements in cholesterol levels, body composition, wellness, self-esteem and self-worth. Given that the sport can be played by the very young to the very old, this demonstrates a wide variety of health benefits for people of all ages.”

4. Adventurous Spirit

Los,Angeles,-,Feb,12:,Chantel,Jeffries,Arrives,For,MichaelShutterstock

Jeffries, who has a background in modeling, is passionate about trying new things. “I would describe myself as energetic and adventurous,” she says. “I love trying new things. Keeping life interesting is what it's all about. There aren’t too many things I won’t try at least once. Oh, and I love to make people laugh. Being 5’6” I never really thought of being a model.”

5. Her Beauty Tricks

Chantel-Jeffries-5Chantel Jefferies/Instagram

Jeffries’ beauty tricks are all about giving the illusion of a natural look. “I’ve learned so many tricks, but if you’re on the go and you’re a little greasy, you can always grab those toilet seat covers and use them to blot your skin,” she says. “That comes in handy a lot. Hair spray on a spoolie brush or toothbrush works really well too. And one of my favorite looks is faux freckles, because it makes you look like you’re wearing less makeup. And I love applying your makeup setting spray before you highlight, because it makes the highlighter really show. And I do that before my mascara, so it doesn’t make my mascara run.”

It was a perfect balance of lean proteins, healthy fats and foods high in fiber.

For breakfast, she enjoys “eggs with avocado and turkey bacon or chicken sausage” or “unsweetened coconut yogurt with granola, stevia, chia seeds and cinnamon.” For lunch, she might have “grilled salmon with carrots and avocado, quinoa or sweet potatoes” or a “chicken bowl with cauliflower rice and broccoli” or a “turkey burger with avocado, lettuce wrap.” For dinner, she may have “chicken or ground turkey tacos with corn tortilla or lettuce cups, sushi or turkey meatloaf.”

1. She Uses Face Washes

Jeffries has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She revealed some of her secrets in an interview with Allure. Jeffries says that she likes to use facial washes and moisturizers. “I use my Clarisonic in the shower and alternate between using just face wash or an additional scrub. I love simple ones like St. Ives. I'll use the Clearogen Acne Regimen and then the toner, too. I struggle with acne sometimes, and it really helps to prevent it. After that, I’ll use a sensitive moisturizer by Cerave — it has SPF in it so I don’t need an additional sunscreen.”

2. She Puts Charcoal Tablets In Her Water

Jeffries makes sure to stay hydrated. And she also has a secret to making her water more effective. “I also drink a lot of water, I put an activated charcoal tablet in there, shake it up, and drink those three times a week,” she says to Allure. “The charcoal also has the same effect where it pulls out all the toxins out of your mouth, because charcoal absorbs all the toxins in the body. If you look at it it’s very porous, so it can absorb all the toxins in your mouth and absorb stains off your teeth.”

3. She Keeps Her Hair Healthy

Jeffries has amazing hair, and she tells Allure that she tries to do as little damage to it as possible. “I try to avoid heat as much as possible, so I do a lot of hairstyles that are heatless. Whenever I do my hair curly, I keep scrunching it with my head flipped over in a towel until it’s 70% dry. When I do a big, volumized natural look, I'll blow-dry my hair with a 2.5 inch round brush.”

4. She Uses Face Masks

Jeffries tells Allure that one of her favorite skincare products are different face masks. “I’ll do my face masks and eye masks at night sometimes. I like to try out new masks almost every time. I’ve been trying the L’Oreal clay masks lately. There's a charcoal one, a red one, and a green one with eucalyptus.”

5. She Eats Healthy

Jeffries makes sure to eat healthy. She revealed some of her secrets to the DailyMail. “I have problems with a lot of different foods and when I eat them I don’t feel so good,” she says. “I try to stick to exactly what I’m supposed to eat so that I don’t feel sick and then I just stay in shape because everything’s pretty healthy…I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible.”

1. She Believes In Constructive Criticism

Chanté opened up about being a judge on The Next Star to the Daily Hive. She says that she believes in giving constructive criticism, as it helped her get where she is. “It’s a balancing act. My mother gave me tough love & I do feel like some of the greatest talents were given encouragement, dedication but the hard truth. Without the tough love, I don’t know if I would have survived the industry unscathed. I feel like tough love is something a parent does, I’m a judge & my role is to be encouraging and give constructive criticism, not just critiques. As long as I see passion and drive, I feel the sky is the limit for these kids & I just want to spark that as much as I can!”

3. She Believes In Happiness

Chanté prioritizes her happiness. She tells Faze that she believes success is when she’s happy. “Success is when you are happy with everything and you think everything is in place. Or someone else can look at me and say that I am successful. I take that compliment more as an opinion than a fact. My explanation of success is just me being able to say that I’ve done everything that I’ve wanted to do. So all these years that I have, if I can fulfill all of them to my highest capabilities then I’ll be like yeah! I did it.”

4. She Swims

Chanté spends a lot of time outside. Specifically, she likes to spend time at the beach or the pool. Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper in Two-Piece Workout Gear Cheers on "Consistent Actions"
Camila Guper / Instagram

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
