Jeffries opened up about her career to Euphoria Magazine. She says that she’s inspired by social media. “I think that social media gives you so much information and exposes you to so many different things that you might have not known that you liked. It allows for infinite knowledge that you can tap into, which is something that I’ve appreciated over the years. I definitely think that’s helped me discover a lot of artists and songs. It makes you excited to discover new things that can add positivity to your life. It can give you so many sources of inspiration.”

4. She’s Determined

Jeffries doesn’t just turn to social media for inspiration. She also draws from her past experiences. Jeffries tells Euphoria Magazine that she stays determined. “I’ll feel down at times, but then I’ll watch my old videos or look at old photos and I’ll snap out of it seeing my best moments and just motivate myself and say, ‘This is you! You already are this person. You just need to remember that, don’t get down on yourself or feel a certain way because this is you.’”

5. She’s Authentic

Jeffries always stays true to herself. She tells Euphoria Magazine, “I never feel like I need to change for somebody else, but I have this thing with trying to become the best version of myself. I also feel like I should be someone who’s real and be someone who others can relate to and know that I’m not perfect– because none of us are– so I never want to hide my flaws and make people feel like I’m an unattainable version of a human. If anything, it’s just me being my real, authentic self. It’s the only way that I want to be and just share things about myself that are my insecurities or were my insecurities at one point. I’ve become pretty good at accepting them.”

1. She Eliminates Certain Foods From Her Diet

Los,Angeles,-,Mar,27:,Chantel,Jeffries,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Jeffries has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets in an interview with Teen Vogue. Jeffries said that she cuts certain foods that agitate her skin. “I don’t eat any dairy or gluten because dairy is something that affects my skin. I’m allergic to dairy, so I’ll get a rash on my face, but a lot of people do break out from dairy and all the hormones they put in it.”

2. She Uses Simple Skin Products

Los,Angeles,-,Feb,12:,Chantel,Jeffries,Arrives,For,MichaelShutterstock

Jeffries shared her skincare routine with Teen Vogue. She says that she uses simple products. “I use my Clarisonic in the shower, and alternate between using just face wash or an additional scrub. I love simple ones like St. Ives. I'll use the Clearogen Acne Regimen and then the toner, too. I struggle with acne sometimes, and it really helps to prevent it. After that, I’ll use a sensitive moisturizer by Cerave — it has SPF in it so I don’t need an additional sunscreen.”

3. She Takes Care Of Her Teeth

Los,Angeles,-,Nov,15:,Chantel,Jeffries,Arrives,For,TheShutterstock

Jeffries makes sure to take care of her teeth. She tells Teen Vogue that she uses charcoal tablets and coconut oil. “I also drink a lot of water — I put an activated charcoal tablet in there, shake it up, and drink those three times a week. I like coconut oil as well — I eat it and use it on my teeth, like oil pulling. I’ll do that once a week. But the charcoal also has the same effect where it pulls out all the toxins out of your mouth, because charcoal absorbs all the toxins in the body. If you look at it it’s very porous, so it can absorb all the toxins in your mouth and absorb stains off your teeth. But, you want to be careful — when you drink charcoal — not to take any supplements within two hours. If you do that, the charcoal will absorb all the supplements.”

4. She Doesn’t Use Too Much Heat On Her Hair

Los,Angeles,-,Jan,23:,Chantel,Jeffries,Arrives,For,TheChantel Jeffries

Jeffries makes sure to take care of her hair. She tells Teen Vogue that she doesn’t like to use heating tools that much. “I try to avoid heat as much as possible, so I do a lot of hairstyles that are heatless. Whenever I do my hair curly, I keep scrunching it with my head flipped over in a towel until it’s 70% dry. When I do a big, volumized natural look, I'll blow-dry my hair with a 2.5 inch round brush.”

5. She Switches Up Her Workouts

In a video interview with Pretty Little Thing, Jeffries shared some of her workout secrets. She says that she likes to do a variety of things to stay in shape. 1. She Stars with a Healthy Diet

Chantel maintains that she “eats pretty healthy” but added that her method is “not really dieting,” to the Daily Mail. “'There’s things I don’t eat, and it’s become a lifestyle,” she explained. “I have problems with a lot of different foods and when I eat them I don’t feel so good so I try to stick to exactly what I’m supposed to eat so that I don’t feel sick and then I just stay in shape because everything’s pretty healthy.” She once posted a page from her diet journal on Twitter, explaining that her diet is “high protein, high fat.” Some of the regular foods she eats includes turkey bacon, coconut, olives, avocado, ground turkey, eggs, kale, mushroom, peppers, spinach, fish, chia seeds and cauliflower rice. “I try to stay away from sugar as much as possible,” she added to the Daily Mail. “I don’t eat dairy or gluten because I’m allergic.”

2. She Strives to Be Authentic

Authenticity is important to Chantel. “I never feel like I need to change for somebody else, but I have this thing with trying to become the best version of myself,” she told Euphoria. “I also feel like I should be someone who’s real and be someone who others can relate to and know that I’m not perfect– because none of us are– so I never want to hide my flaws and make people feel like I’m an unattainable version of a human. If anything, it’s just me being my real, authentic self. It’s the only way that I want to be and just share things about myself that are my insecurities or were my insecurities at one point. I’ve become pretty good at accepting them.”

3. Walking Helps Her Digest Her Food

Chantel likes to break a sweat after every meal, claiming that it has some gut benefits. “'Whenever I’m home, every time I finish a large meal I like to go for a nice walk. It’s good to digest your food and clear your head anyways,” she told Daily Mail.

4. She Keeps Herself Beautiful From the Inside Out

Chantel explained to C-Heads that she keeps herself gorgeous from the inside out. “To me, beauty is very much an outward reflection of what is on the inside. When you’re healthy and happy, you are the best you, that you can be,” she said.

5. She Hydrates

Celebrity Sightings In Los Angeles - April 05, 2022Bellocqimages/Bauer-Griffin/GC Images

Hydration is a key part of Chantel’s health. In her food diary, she revealed that she avoids fruit juice and instead drinks “lots of water.” "Even though something contains 100% fruit juice, it may be very processed and refined," says Dr. Donald Hensrud, medical director of the Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program, to the Mayo Clinic. "So what ends up in the glass is not what came from the fruit itself. For example, apple juice: It's processed very highly, and it's basically sugar water without a lot of nutrients."

6. She Exercises

Chantel works out a lot. In one YouTube video talking about her workouts, she reveals that cycling, hiking, swimming, and roller skating are a few of her go-tos. “A good way to stay motivated is doing different things,” she says. Chantel swears by a social media hack to help quell anxiety. "So I saw this thing on TikTok and it was like, whenever you get anxious, a tip is to say to yourself, 'Oh I'm excited,'" she said in a Instagram video. "Then just think of what you could be excited about," she added. "Try to think of that feeling as excitement." She maintains that it is seriously effective. "I've been doing it and it's actually been really working. So, if you want to try something out if you have anxiety, why not? Like ooh I'm excited. What entertaining thing is going to happen? Like ooh and then I forget about my anxiety. I still have that feeling, but now I'm thinking about some fun stuff."

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.

News that she made sure to be consistent with her wellness in order to prepare. “Really trying to dial in [on] what I eat, how I workout, the workouts that I do. Trying to get them in consistently because you only get married once and I want to feel my best. But this past season it was just hard being so far away from my normal routine and where I typically live."

Culpo has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it, even while traveling. “I don't wear any makeup when traveling," she says to Travel + Leisure. "That's one rule because I do feel like you will have a higher chance of breaking out if you are wearing a full face of makeup. A few things I always have with me is some sort of a spray. I love Dr. Barbara Sturm or Caudalie or La Mer. I also absolutely love traveling with a makeup wipe, the Neutrogena wipes are great. Something to just take off the sweat you build up.”

She Keeps Her Skincare Simple

Culpo shared her skincare routines with Byrdie. She says that she keeps her morning and night routine simple. “I am always trying out new products, so what I gravitate toward is often changing. At night, I usually use an oil and a serum. Right now, I love the Clarins Double Serum. In the morning, I use a Vitamin C serum and an SPF, and, typically, I just rinse my skin with warm water instead of using a cleanser. It is something I swear by—it allows for the oils on my skin from sleeping to absorb naturally.”

Culpo shared some of her favorite skincare products with Byrdie. She says that she uses ones that have vitamins in them. “I have noticed a huge difference in my skin with vitamin C and E. I love the Good Janes H2OMyGod Moisturizer—it's sort of an all-in-one moisturizer that has vitamin C and collagen peptides. As for vitamin E, I actually just purchase the oil from the drugstore. It is super cheap and great to put on any red marks I may get from an occasional breakout. The healing process is so much quicker when I am using Vitamin E oil.”

Culpo makes sure to eat healthy. She shared some of the snacks she packs with her with Travel + Leisure. "I love the Kind bars. I love any sort of nuts, to be honest with you. They are a go-to snack for me. I would say Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and some almonds would be perfect! Also, electrolytes to stay hydrated or some sort of collagen beauty powder or something."
