While her busy lifestyle makes it "really hard" to workout all the time, "especially when I'm flying," Charli does what she can. "And whilst I do really want to try to work out five days a week minimum, it's just not practical for me when I'm traveling so much. It's just a balance in life. Just making sure you take care of yourself. It often like starts really well and then as the tour progresses it gets a little bit harder. I try my best to kind of sustain throughout."
