1. She Stays Committed
Charli tells Forbes that she has to stay healthy because of her career and lifestyle. “I perform in a really high octane and energetic type of way,” the singer explained. “So, for me, it's important to keep fit. Also, I find that if I don't exercise, I feel less awake. I try to workout five times a week because it really lifts my mood and makes me feel more positive. It's important for me to stay balanced.”
2. She’s Realistic & Works Out When She Can

Charli admits to Forbes that while she’d like to work out a lot more than she does, she understands that it’s not always possible. “I do really want to try to work out five days a week minimum, it's just not practical for me when I'm traveling so much.” The singer says that she just tries to work out when she can, and doesn’t stress out too much. “It's just a balance in life. Just making sure you take care of yourself. It often like starts really well and then as the tour progresses it gets a little bit harder. I try my best to kind of sustain throughout.”
3. She Avoids Jet-Lag
When you travel as much as Charli XCX does, it can be draining. Especially if you are flying around as often as she does. However, Charli tells Forbes that she has methods to avoid being tired and having jet-lag. “Jet lag is really hard. I try my best to get on the new time zone as soon as possible and just sleep when I need to sleep. Also, drinking lots of water.” Charli also says that she has essentials that she takes on a flight. She says she takes, “Headphones, my laptop, snack, and a face mask to keep me hydrated. I also have a sleep mask to help me sleep.”
4. She Doesn’t Stress About Her Diet

Charli tells the DailyMail that she doesn’t have an intense diet and doesn’t stress about what she eats. “I think you’ve just got to do your thing. I mean I love pizza, and I think everyone is human and they go for that stuff,” she said. “You shouldn’t stress about that stuff.”
