She Goes On Walks

Crosby revealed some of her exercise secrets to Express. She says that she fell back in love with fitness during the pandemic. Crosby says she found a new favorite way to exercise. "I was going on walks," she said. "I fell in love with walking and I just found a love for [fitness] again."

She Doesn't Overwhelm Herself

Crosby also gave some of her exercise tips in her Express interview. She says that she doesn't like to overwhelm herself with fitness.  ​​"My advice would be don't be scared, don't be overwhelmed by it all. It's all about taking everything at your own pace."

She Sets Realistic Goals

Crosby tells Express that she likes to set fitness goals for herself. She says that she makes sure that her goals are actually realistic for her to meet. That way, she stays motivated and feels accomplished. "Don't try and set the bar too high. Just think very carefully about what is manageable and what is attainable."

She Switches It Up

Crosby tells Express that she likes to do a lot of things to stay in shape. "Every day I do something different," she says. Variation is key because sticking to the same thing over and over again gets boring and you get sick [of it]."

She Has Cheat Days

Crosby revealed her diet secrets to NowToLove. She says that she believes in having a cheat day once in a while. "You don't have to be stupidly disciplined. It's about having a balance of everything. It's important to allow yourself a cheat day or two, otherwise you have more chance of quitting altogether. It's good to have that one day where you eat what you want, because then you work towards it."
