1. She Has a Balanced Approach to Health
Charlotte, who majorly slimmed down in 2014 and has been a fitness inspiration ever since, maintains that staying in shape is all about balance and moderation. “You don't have to be stupidly disciplined. It's about having a balance of everything. It's important to allow yourself a cheat day or two, otherwise you have more chance of quitting altogether. It's good to have that one day where you eat what you want, because then you work towards it,” she told Now to Love.
2. She Eats Healthy Most of the Time
Charlotte tries to eat healthy the majority of the time."Eat the best you can, sticking to a healthy, balanced diet six days a week. Try to have no more than one big night out a week, and aim to do an extra bit of exercise on the day you're going out to compensate,” she tells Now to Love.
3. She Does Short Workouts in the AM
Charlotte breaks a sweat in the morning, but makes it short and sweet. “A quick workout in the morning – I do my Belly Blitz. Even 20 minutes burns about 250 calories [1046kJ]. And later on, go on a walk with your mate,” she suggests as an efficient fitness method to Now to Love.
4. She Doesn’t Go Overboard on Cheat Days

Charlotte suggests indulging every once and a while, but within reason. "Take your cheat day after a night out, when you'll eat a bit bad, anyway. But don't go overboard – a cheat day doesn't mean you should stuff yourself for the entire day!" she told Now to Love.
5. She Hydrates
Hydration is key, says Charlotte. "Drink plenty of water. I try to drink three litres per day. The main cause of a hangover is dehydration, so if you keep flushing your system out, you don't feel as hungover, which means you won't have cravings!" she tells Now to Love.
6. Her Is What She Eats in a Day

Charlotte detailed her daily diet to Now to Love:
Breakfast: "I have a rota going so I don't get bored – I'll have poached eggs on toast twice a week, porridge once, yoghurt and fruit once. If you're having the same every day, you're more likely to slip up," she said.
Lunch: "I mostly have just soup or something, then I have a bigger meal at night time."
Dinner: "Usually just meat and veg. I only eat steak once or twice a month, because it's hard to digest."
7. She Eats Fast Food

Because Charlotte trains hard, she is able to indulge in fast food, she told the Star. "I eat McDonald's four times a week," she confessed. She also eats hot dogs when she goes to the movies, she added.
8. She Works Out with Friends
Charlotte is a big fan of the workout buddy system, because it “doesn’t make it a chore, it just takes away that part of what you dread about exercising,” she told The Express. "You're not in this alone," says the Mayo Clinic. "Invite friends or co-workers to join you when you exercise or go on walks. Work out with your partner or other loved ones. Play soccer with your kids. Organize a group of neighbors to take fitness classes at a local health club or work out together virtually on video."
9. She Switches Up Her Workouts
Charlotte likes to change her workouts daily. “Every day I do something different,” she told The Express. “Variation is key because sticking to the same thing over and over again gets boring and you get sick [of it].”
