She Has Her Own Workout Program

Dawson has become a fitness maven over the past few years. She has lost a lot of weight, and wants to share her secrets with others. Dawson has her own workout program called, "Charlotte Dawson's Belleh Blaster." It is a dance cardio workout and eating plan that specifically helps with your abs and stomach. "I lost over 3 stone with this plan," Dawson writes on the website.

She Wants To Stay Healthy For Her Family

Dawson is motivated to stay healthy, mainly to be there for her son as he grows up. She revealed to The Sun that she lost her father when she was a baby, and does not want that to happen to her family. She says that this pushes her to live a healthy lifestyle. "My dad died when I was Noah's age. When Noah turned eight months old in September, it broke my heart. He's already such a character and the way he lights up when he's with his dad. It really hurts that my dad died when I was that age."

She's Open About Her Struggles

Dawson is open about her wellness journey and secrets. She says that she is so open because she wants others to know what she does, and that you don't need a lot of complicated plans to lose weight. She wrote on Instagram, "The reason I am sharing my journey now is because I've had so many messages over the last couple of months & i have been working so hard on this plan to make sure it was REAL, filled with proper grub & relatable to many as the worst thing about watching your weight is not enjoying it & restricting yourself from the food you love."

She's Not Ordering Out As Much

Dawson had a very public health scare recently, where she was almost diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. She says that this scare made her do an overhaul on her diet. Mainly, she stopped ordering out so much. Dawson wrote on Instagram, "I don't want this to all sound like I'm showing off, but I'm proper proud of where I've got to after my diabetes scare earlier this year. I'm still the real Chazza that you all know & love I just don't go to the chippeh everyday now!!"

She Changed Her Portion Sizes

When Dawson had her diabetes scare, she made a lot of changes to her diet. One of the biggest changes she made was how big or small her portions were. Dawson told The Sun that she worked with nutritionist, Jo Travers, to help her learn what portions were healthy for her. "She sorted my diet with foods that don't spike my blood sugars. I've still been eating meals I love, like spaghetti Bolognese, but the portion sizes are a lot smaller so I can stay within 1,500 calories."
