Charlotte revealed to People that she starts the day by sipping on a cup of hot water with lemon. “Warm lemon water is a great way to start her day—nutrients from the lemon can give the GI tract the push it needs to get moving. Plus it can improve skin and boost the immune system,” dietician Keri Glassman told the magazine.

2. She Eats Clean

Charlotte maintains a clean diet. She starts her morning with a banana with a few tablespoons of almond butter. For lunch she eats a quinoa burger with hummus and kale salad, followed by a juice with beets, ginger, lemon, and apple. For dinner she has grilled shrimp and grilled veggies. For dessert? Blueberries and a glass of rosé.

3. She Cheats

Charlotte is all about the occasional cheat meal. “I work out really hard and I stay on my diet all week. But on a Sunday, you know, maybe a little hungover, you have to reward yourself here and there, so I do,” she told People.

4. She Does Lengthening and Toning Exercises

Charlotte also spends a good amount of time exercising. “I’m all about lengthening and toning. I don’t do heavy weights. I don’t really do anything too intense. It’s more cardio and stretching and yoga and keeping long, lean muscles as opposed to doing a bunch of reps with weights,” she told HollywoodLife. “I usually [work out] six days a week [but] it’s more of a mental thing. Mentally, I feel so much better after I workout. I would say an hour a day, sometimes two hours. It just depends, but I’ve learned to not be so hard on myself.”

5. She Eats Seasonally

Charlotte eats seasonally. “I say anyone can lose weight if you eat what’s in season, local, fresh, and not in bags, you’re good. All that other stuff, it’s a trend. Trust me. I’ve fallen into all the juice cleanses and the things, but you end up just crashing so I’ve learned to eat what works for my body,” she told HollywoodLife. The foods that work for her body? “Lots of fish, vegetables, fruits and protein.”

So here goes nothing…Growing up, it was just me and mom until my step dad adopted me at a young age. I am a melting pot of Japanese white and black and everyone in my family is all blonde hair and blue eyed so I always felt different. My idea of beauty was not me. It was what was in my immediate vicinity. I never truly felt beautiful. I remember seeing women in Sports Illustrated as I got older and they were all so beautiful and unique in their own ways. Being beautiful and sexy can be any color and any size. And it’s not just an outward appearance these women represent strength, acceptance, and even more so changed the way I viewed beauty. I relate to the women in this magazine in a BIG way and they will never know the acceptance I felt by just knowing there’s others out there just like me!”

Madison Bailey is showing off her sensational figure in SKIMS! In her latest social media post, the Outer Banks star models a pink swimsuit from Kim Kardashian’s collection. “I know what I’ll be wearing this summer @SKIMS Swim,” she captioned the Instagram post, teasing the release of the upcoming collection. How does the young Hollywood star stay healthy? Read on to see 7 ways Madison Bailey prioritizes her mental and physical health and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Rides Horses

Madison is an equestrian and has a love for horses. She celebrated her 23rd birthday by going for a ride with friends. “A good old fashioned North Carolina birthday,” she captioned the image. Horseback riding is actually a good workout. “Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories,” says Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station. “If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period,” adds the American Heart Association.

2. She Sweats Outdoors

Madison likes taking her sweat sessions outdoors, going for hikes and doing the stairs. “Missing my LA hikes,” she captioned a photo of one of her sweat sessions. “Do one thing a day that makes you proud of yourself. 3.5 miles and 500 stairs will suffice for today,” she captioned a separate Instagram post.

3. She Strength Trains

Madison also stays fit with the help of strength training. She also enlists her fans to be her workout buddies, including her Outer Banks “pogue” costar Jonathan Davis. “I miss my workout buddies,” she captioned this snap.

4. She Is Open About Sexuality

Madison, who is pansexual, is transparent about her sexuality, first discussing the topic in a 2020 TikTok. In it she said she can be attracted to, "Girls. Boys. Trans boys. Trans girls. Nonbinary babies. It's what's on the inside, boo." She feels "zero shame" about her sexuality, she added in another video. In fact, sharing her truth took a weight off her. "It was worth it. I feel lighter. I feel happier that I can just be so open and honest,” she said about it.

5. She Is Open About Mental Health

Elton John AIDS Foundation's 30th Annual Academy Awards Viewing Party - Red CarpetAmy Sussman/Getty Images

Madison is also honest about her mental health struggles. When she was 17, she was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and uses her platform to educate people about it. “I was nervous about the response I would get. I think people’s response to any mental health issue that’s not depression or anxiety is that you’re crazy,” she told StyleCaster. “Especially if you have a personality disorder, they’re like, ‘Oh, what are their names?’ I’m like, ‘Not multiple personality disorder. I have borderline personality disorder.’ Basically I just have conflict with the one personality I have. There are a lot of misconceptions. But I realized at the end of the day, people want more accuracy.”

6. She Gets Her Zen On

Bailey helps manage her mental health condition with meditation, crystals, and staying aware of her own triggers, she told Entertainment Tonight. “One of the main [pros] is that likes and dislikes change often, so my aesthetic changes often. My music taste changes often," she added. "I have a very broad personality, which allows me to connect with a lot of people."

7. Her Outer Banks Character Inspires Her to Wear Less Makeup

47th Annual People's Choice Awards - ArrivalsAmy Sussman/Getty Images

Madison’s character on the show has inspired her to make changes. "I wear a lot less makeup than I did before the show," she told PopSugar. "That definitely changed the way I view makeup. I'm more into a natural, glowy look versus a full face. It made me more comfortable in my own skin. I feel a lot more naturally beautiful than I ever have."

Mary Bedford, the influencer and Love Island star, doesn’t just wear pink on Wednesdays. She’s also not afraid to post swimsuit photos on her social media. One of her most recent Instagram photos is a perfect example of both things. In it, Bedford posed in a pink one piece swimsuit with cutouts, showing off her figure. Bedford captioned the post, “On Thursdays we wear pink too.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Mary Bedford stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She’s Admitted To Having Plastic Surgery

Bedford is open about the fact that she’s had work done. She tells Closer Online that she doesn’t think this is a bad thing to admit. "It’s not something to be ashamed of, so many people have it done. It doesn’t have to be a big secret, it was the best decision I ever made, it brought my confidence in bikinis up, in everything really.” "Anticipate improvement, not perfection. If you expect cosmetic surgery to turn you into a movie star, you're bound to be disappointed. Don't count on surgery to save a rocky relationship, gain a promotion or improve your social life," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Got Her Work Done Healthily

Wireless Festival 2021Joseph Okpako/WireImage

Bedford encourages her followers to get work done, if it will make them feel better. She also encouraged her followers to get safe work done. She tells Closer Online, "My two insecurities were my" chest "and my teeth and I saved up and did my research." "If you decide to pursue cosmetic surgery, you'll probably have your choice of surgeons. Choose one who specializes in the procedure you'd like to have done and is certified in the specialty by a board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties. Beware of misleading certifications from unrecognized or self-designated boards," says the Mayo Clinic.

3. She Uses Meal Preps

In this video from her YouTube channel, Bedford broke down her daily secrets, and revealed some of her diet and wellness secrets. She says that she likes to use meal preps to help her eat healthy. “It’s just so much easier for someone like me,” she explains. “I’m not a good cook. I get like two meals a day.” Bedford says this helps with her busy schedule, and helps her not skip meals.

4. She Tracks Her Food

In this YouTube video, Bedford broke down what she typically eats each day. She also revealed some of her diet secrets. One thing she likes to do is track what she eats. “I also do use MyFitnessPal to track all my foods because it’s just easy,” she says. When using a tracker: "

  • "Use the tracker to get a baseline of your daily movement and then set a goal 2,000-3,000 steps higher.
  • Use it as a motivational tool to encourage movement and as a historical record. If you have a bad day, you can look back and see that it was only one day among many good days. This perspective may keep you from falling off the wagon because of 'all or nothing' thinking.
  • Use the information from the tracker as a guide but not as permission to throw dietary discretion out the window," says the Mayo Clinic.

5. She Goes To The Beach and Pool

Bedford is always breaking out her swimsuits. She is a big fan of either going to the beach or the pool, and has posted several photos of herself doing so on Instagram. She posted this photo of herself poolside with the caption, “Quick dip.” She also posted this photo of herself at the beach, captioning it, “Another pic I was never gonna post but here we are.”

I’ve been doing pilates, I’ve been doing yoga, I’ve done just plain old walking. Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done
