While she appears to be drinking vodka in her latest photo, Handler recently told Health that she has dramatically cut down on drinking. "I used to drink all the time," she confessed. "I thought I could handle my alcohol, but I didn't realize how much your body and your life changes when it's not in your life every day. Now I'm not giving up drinking…I would never do that to people—or to alcohol. But it's nice to wake up with clarity and to take a break from the bloat. I didn't think I was bloated until I didn't drink for a few weeks. Then I was like, 'Whoa, look at my cheekbones and my abs.'"

She Regularly Works Out with a Trainer

Handler trains with Ben Bruno, "pretty much every day," she told Health. "I just like to feel strong, and now it's part of my mental strength." While she likes to work out with her boyfriend, she isn't a fan of group fitness. "I can't work out in a class. For some reason I can't," she told People. "And this probably sounds surprising, but I don't think I'm competitive enough. I just want to give up and be like, I can't I can't do it. There's a pace I don't like."

She Enjoys Outdoor Activities

Handler is a fan of outdoor activities, including skiing and other "extreme sports," she told People. "When I do outdoor stuff, like wakeboarding or paddleboarding, I'm good," she said.
