Chelsee Healey is truly in the Halloween spirit this year. The British actress posted photos of herself getting ready for festivities, wearing a black patterned swimsuit, with denim over the bathing suit. Healey then followed up her selfies with pictures of herself out on the town with a cocktail. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Healey stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves Her Post-Baby Body

Healey bounced back from having a baby by adopting healthy habits. “After Coco arrived my appetite is nowhere near as big, I also eat much healthier and swear by green tea and liters of water everyday,” she says. “I’d say I’m the smallest I’ve ever been in my life but the most happiest and content I guess I’ve ever been, not because I’ve lost the weight but just appreciating myself and my body much more realizing how amazing a woman’s body is.”

2. She’s An Adrenaline Junkie

Healey once bungee jumped and really enjoyed the experience. “I loved it! I was so gassed about this… I couldn't wait,” she says. “I think obviously when we went up in the bungee my head went a bit like, ‘Oh my god Chelsee, what are you actually doing?’ But honestly that was just the best experience. I loved it. I would never have done one of them off my own back, so I'm just so thankful that I got to do it… I think my adrenaline took over. Obviously when I was about to go on it I was like, ‘Oh my gosh.’ I remember going up and I was like, ‘Can I just stop?’ It was just so exciting and I had such a rush after that. It was brilliant. I'd definitely do another one.”

3. She Loves Seafood

Healey loves seafood, especially sushi (although she jokes that she can’t handle adult chopsticks). “Sushi can be a healthy choice, but it depends on the type you choose and the ingredients used,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “Oily fish, such as salmon, provides omega-3, which is an essential fatty acid and has to be obtained from your diet. The World Health Organization recommends eating 1-2 portions of oily fish a week, so sushi may be a delicious way to help reach these targets.”

4. She Embraces Her Imperfections

Healey has learned to focus on the positive and appreciate herself both inside and outside. “There’s never been a time when I’ve been fully content in my appearance, but as I’ve got older I have learnt to be happier with things,” she says. “Being a mum definitely puts life into perspective and things I used to worry about all the time just don’t feel as important now... I accept my flaws and my imperfections more now, and I appreciate myself looks-wise and how I am as a person. I don’t think I’d change anything about me now. The one thing I’m 100-per-cent happy with is my heart. My heart is perfect and that’s the important thing.”

5. She Exercises Outdoors

chelsee-healey-1Chelsee Healey/Instagram

Healey enjoys visiting her local park for some exercise in the sunshine and fresh air. “Exercising outdoors increases our exposure to sunlight, enhancing vitamin D production, which has been linked to improving mood, promoting bone health, boosting immune system function and reducing inflammation,” says Cedric X. Bryant, PhD, FACSM. “Being in nature boosts feelings of well-being and life satisfaction. In fact, simply being outside and breathing fresh air has been shown to reduce stress and enhance relaxation. Research shows that being in nature, also called forest bathing, reduces stress and enhances relaxation. Exercising, particularly outdoors, drives tremendous mental health benefits, ranging from reducing depression and anxiety to enhancing self-esteem and mood. Combine that with the physiological benefits of exercise, and you'll see greater levels of joy in your life.”

1. She Speaks Up For Herself

Despite being a model, Mir has been subjected to a lot of criticism on social media. Mir has had to deal with comments on her body. However, she isn’t afraid to call these people out, and did so in the caption of her recent Instagram post. “Under my last reel, a lot of you paid a lot of attention especially to a body part: my butt. For everyone in the comments asking where he is, here he is. And for those who asked what's wrong with him, what kind of question is this? 🤣 We’re talking body positivity, body acceptance, feeling good in your own body, being allowed to be yourself, more Instagram reality, and more. At the same time, my body will be in hundreds of comments (also from women, female empowerment? ) evaluated, unjustly criticized and unfortunately also insulted. ‘Something wrong with your ass!’, I'd rather look at myself in the mirror, that wouldn't be nice - how can something be right about an ass or not? Who defines this? Can I read this up somewhere?”

2. She’s All About Self-Love

Mir is all about self-love and body acceptance. She also talked about this in the caption of her recent Instagram post. “Thankfully yes beauty is in the eye of beholder and I felt very comfortable in my skin especially this evening the video was taken and yes my butt is small but I'm absolutely pleased with myself and feel poodle good 😁 Shouldn't it be our goal?” Mir also encouraged others to have this same attitude. “For those who don’t feel comfortable in their own skin, do something about it. But please don’t criticize others for things that make them feel good about yourself.”

3. She Swims

Mir spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go to the beach or the pool. Mir likes to swim to stay in shape, and she shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself in the water. She shared this video of herself in the pool, captioning it, “Mermaid vibes.” Mir also posted this photo of herself in the pool, captioning it, “When Grandma takes the picture.”

4. She Plays With Her Dog

Mir has an adorable dog, who she prominently features on her Instagram. She even does modeling videos with her dog. Mir naturally likes to play with her dog to stay in shape. She shared this video of herself and her dog playing with a soccer ball. She captioned the post, “Kick it.”

5. She Lifts Weights

Mir makes sure to workout on a regular basis. Even when she’s on vacation. One thing she likes to do is lift weights. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself working out on the beach. In them, she lifts a wooden barbell over her head. Mir captioned the post, “Workout time.”

1. She Battled an Eating Disorder

Chloe battled an eating disorder for many years. “I was a size 10 but I wanted to be a size six. The gym was my way of losing weight the right way, but I just worried that I was going to ruin it all when I got home,” she told Reveal magazine. She survived on a diet of Go Ahead yoghurt bars, a banana and a tin of mackerel and was also making herself sick after meals. “I was soon doing it (being sick) most days. I'd starve myself to the point where I had to eat and then I got the food out straightaway, even if it was something really little.” Eventually, she started to look sick. “I looked at at one picture and thought, ‘F**k, I look anorexic.’ I looked so ill and I knew I had to put on weight.”

2. She Has Gone Under the Knife

Chloe has undergone multiple plastic surgery procedures, including two boob jobs, fillers in her face, Botox, lip fillers, a Brazilian bum lift, and veneers, per New! Magazine. However, she doesn’t discuss them with her daughter, Madison, explaining "it's not something she needs to be aware of." She said: "In the past, whenever I've had any bruises or anything like that, I'd just make something up, say I fell over or something.

3. She Works Out

Chloe works out to keep her body thin and toned. She relies on regular weight training sessions with a personal trainer, lifting weights and doing strength training exercises.

4. She Relies on Meal Prep Programs

When Chloe needs to get in great shape fast, she will use a meal prep/delivery service. “It’s onnnn... I’ve been on & off with my healthy eating but with less than a month to prepare for possibly returning to work this will deffo help me stay on track towards my goals,” she said about Do the Unthinkable plan.

5. She Cheats

Chloe SimsChloe Sims/Instagram

Chloe eats healthy – most of the time. Her favorite cheat meal? A huge hamburger with french fries. Consider a plant-based burger. "It looks like a burger. It cooks like a burger. Some say it tastes similar to burger. But is it healthier?" asks the Mayo Clinic. "It really depends on how that plant-based burger is made," says Katherine Zertasky, a Mayo Clinic registered dietitian nutritionist, who "says the benefit of plant-based burgers usually comes in the form of fiber and other nutrients. But then comes the issue of fat." "Some plant-based burgers are going to have added fat, and oftentimes, the added fat is a saturated fat....Saturated fat has an association with raising our bad cholesterol, and the concern is that it may increase our heart disease risk."

So you'll never see me posting about things that I don't love. But as the modeling industry is changing, people are more receptive to different body types and, you know, maybe not showing yourself as perfect all the time because it's relatable. We are just like everyone else, we’re people, and we have our good days and our bad days, and I wanna show my followers that I'm right there with them, that I'm not always looking perfect.”

3. She Works Out Her Lower Body

4. She Focuses On What Works For Her

HaleyKalil2Haley Kalil/Instagram

When it comes to health and wellness, Kalil tells Fit Frequency that she focuses on what feels best for her. “Being healthy, just to me, it's feeling good about yourself. It's feeling good about waking up in the morning and feel ready to take on your day, and you're not tired, and you're not feeling sluggish. It's not necessarily eating healthy all the time, but it's trying to put good things into your body and trying to keep your body moving, that's healthy to me.”

5. She Eats A Balanced Diet

HaleyKalilHaley Kalil/Instagram

Kalil opened up about her diet to Husskie. She says that she believes in balance when it comes to her diet. “Weekends are my time to eat whatever I want. If I’m craving pizza, I’ll eat pizza. If I’m craving a plate full of spaghetti, I’ll eat spaghetti. I love junk food. As long as I’m keeping my body moving and fueling it with healthy foods during the week, the weekend is my time to indulge in all my junk food favourites.”

Mollie Gould, known for her connection to Luis Miguel, knows how to look great in the spotlight. Gould shared a new photo this week to her story. In it, she posed in a maroon bathing suit. As a professional dancer, she knows the tricks of the trade. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Mollie Gould stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Dances

Los Angeles Fashion Week Powered by Art Hearts Fashion 2022 - MISTER TRIPLE X + DR.MARTENSArun Nevader/Getty Images

Gould is an avid dancer. She even likes to take classes. Gould posted this video of herself doing a combination from a class on Instagram. She captioned it, “DANCE! FIRE & DESIRE! Thank you @therealtank for coming and watching class!” "Scientists gave little thought to the neurological effects of dance until relatively recently, when researchers began to investigate the complex mental coordination that dance requires. In a 2008 article in Scientific American magazine, a Columbia University neuroscientist posited that synchronizing music and movement—dance, essentially—constitutes a 'pleasure double play.' Music stimulates the brain’s reward centers, while dance activates its sensory and motor circuits," says Harvard Health.

2. She Goes Outside

Gould spends a lot of time outside. She posts a lot of photos of herself enjoying the great outdoors on Instagram. She shared this photo of herself running on the beach in Malibu. She captioned it, “Footprints in the sand.” Gould also posted this beach photo, captioning it, “Whatever is good for the soul, do that.”

3. She Swims

One outdoor activity Gould likes to do to stay in shape is go swimming. She shares a lot of videos and photos on Instagram of herself in the water. Gould posted these photos of herself in an infinity pool. She captioned it, “This planet is so beautiful.” Gould also posted this video of herself in the ocean. She captioned it, “Summer vibe always.”

4. She Gets Her Vitamin D

A little bit os sun each day is essential to get your vitamin D. “Vitamin D is one of the 13 vitamins discovered in the early 20th century by doctors studying nutritional deficiency diseases. Ever since, scientists have defined vitamins as organic (carbon-containing) chemicals that must be obtained from dietary sources because they are not produced by the body's tissues. Vitamins play a crucial role in our body's metabolism, but only tiny amounts are needed to fill that role,” says Harvard Health.

5. She Has Body Confidence

MollieGould.1Mollie Gould/Instagram

Gould frequently poses online in swimsuit photos, appearing body-confident. “Avoid 'should' and 'must' statements. If you find that your thoughts are full of these words, you might be putting too many demands on yourself. Try to remove these words from your thoughts. It may lead to a healthier view of what to expect from yourself,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Focus on the positive. Think about the parts of your life that work well. Remember the skills you've used to cope with challenges.”

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
