1. She Follows a Strict Diet
Cherneka fuels up with food while she is training. “What I eat in a day during fight camp. When it comes to cleaning up my diet and counting calories I make sure to feel fuelled for my training sessions, add lots of colour, lots of vegetables to create volume, drink plenty of fluid to stay hydrated plus it helps me feel fuller, stay prepared with my meals ready to go, swap some of my favourite meals/ treats to better options to suits my macro intake, follow up with my nutritionist on our weekly check ins to make sure weight is on track and energy levels whilst training are still high,” she revealed in an Instagram post.
2. She Does Yoga
Cherneka might fight, but she also loves to get her zen on with yoga. “I do love a good hot flow 🔥🧘🏽♀️My towel, my clothes are absolutely drenched come the end of class,” she captioned a post.
