Chetna Pande is still feeling the summer vibes in her swimsuit. The Fear Factor star shows off her famous figure in a swimsuit while standing in front of an oceanside pool in Thailand. Prioritize Fitness

Chetna makes exercise an everyday habit – and she enjoys it. "Fitness is everything for me, it makes me feel fresh," she told TellyBuzz. "I go to the gym everyday." Regular exercise helps burn calories, while toning and strengthening the body and helps build muscle. Chetna also attributes fitness as one of the main ways she was able to complete her Fear Factor challenges, because she was prepared for the rigorous stunts she was expected to perform.

Eat Healthy

Chetna eats a healthy diet. "I maintain a proper diet to remain fit," she told TellyBuzz. She adds that she is very conscious about her food choices. She also prioritizes packing protein into her diet with the help of daily protein shakes.

Play Badminton

Racquet sports are another go-to activity for Chetna. Since she was a kid, she has been making a racquet on the court, breaking a sweat to stay in shape. "I think playing Badminton has helped me a lot so that can be my secret," she told TellyBuzz.

Stay Active Outdoors

Chetna also stays fit with the help of outdoor activities. She loves to walk, hike, and spend time at the beach.  "Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all," she captioned this photo from one of her expeditions. "Exploring the Beautiful unseen treasures." Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace

Nourish (and Hydrate) Yourself From the Inside

"I am an avid believer that beauty comes from within," Chetna told IWMBuzz. "If you are not healthy from inside, it shows on your features." She has a few healthy habits that keep her healthy from the inside out. "On a regular basis I drink a lot of water. I also understand the importance of Vitamin C. So ensure that my intake is right."
