Ferragni doesn’t restrict her diet—instead she stays active for her health and fitness. “I’ve never been on a diet in my entire life,” she says. “Until highschool I’ve played basketball first in a mixed team and then in a girls’ one, basketball is one of my favorite sports and probably the one I’m better at. I also love skiing during winter and swimming and running in summer.”
2. Coffee Every Day
No day is complete for Ferragni without her cup of coffee. “Both regular and decaf coffee seem to have a protective effect on your liver,” says Johns Hopkins Health. “Research shows that coffee drinkers are more likely to have liver enzyme levels within a healthy range than people who don’t drink coffee.”
3. Serious About Skincare
Ferragni takes her skincare routine seriously. “My skin is anything but perfect and it’s one of my weak spots,” she says. “I try to care about it by washing it twice a day and using a face cream by Clinique, I also wear only a bit of makeup, but sometimes I have imperfections. In the past I used to try UV lamps but now I don’t anymore: they make your skin better but they also make it older.”

5. Positivity
Ferragni makes an effort to focus on her mental health by having a positive attitude. “Nobody is perfect and I can’t be an optimist each day and in every situation, even If I always try to smile to the life that I find amazing,” she says. “On my blog I’ve always wanted to share everything which makes me feel positive emotions, and I’m very happy if at least some of you got this message.”
