She shared this photo of herself climbing out of the ocean in the Balearic Islands. The CDC states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming can improve mood in both men and women. Swimming isn’t the only water physical activity Suarez likes to do. She also enjoys water skiing as a way of staying in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself skiing on the lake. 3. She Horseback Rides
Suarez is an avid equestrian. She posts a lot of photos on Instagram of herself spending time with horses or going for a ride. She posted this black and white shot of herself riding in the water.
