1. Homemade Smoothies

GettyImages 1346615198

Burrows’ favorite smoothie is one made of frozen cherries, raspberries, honey, protein powder, and almond milk. “Research by the British Journal of Nutrition found that a combined cherry and berry juice may help reduce blood pressure due to its high polyphenol content, natural plant compounds which have health benefits,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “Another study which looked at cherry juice alone, reported benefits for blood pressure and cholesterol management.”

2. Sushi Lover

shutterstock 1669830178

Sushi is one of Burrows’ favorite restaurant meals. “As in many cases, simplicity is best,” says Maxine Smith, RD, LD. “A simple roll is very low in calories. It could be equal to a light meal, so you’re talking about 300 calories or so. You can easily double that when you get into some of the fancier roles and larger supreme rolls.”

3. She Stays Hydrated

GettyImages 1235145291

Burrows makes a point of drinking plenty of water throughout the day. “You don't need to rely only on water to meet your fluid needs,” says the Mayo Clinic. “What you eat also provides a significant portion. For example, many fruits and vegetables, such as watermelon and spinach, are almost 100% water by weight.”

4. Bacon and Eggs

GettyImages 1354320502

Burrows enjoys bacon and eggs for a post-workout meal, or sometimes just an omelet. “Eggs are rich in several nutrients that promote heart health, such as betaine and choline,” says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. “A study of nearly half a million people in China suggests that eating one egg a day may reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, although experts stress that eggs need to be consumed as part of a healthy lifestyle in order to be beneficial.”

5. Peanut Butter

On days when she doesn’t want to cook a full meal, Burrows enjoys peanut butter on toast. “Peanut butter, especially when it is just ground peanuts is an extremely healthy food that is full of healthy fiber, monounsaturated fats that are so good for our heart, and are high in plant-based proteins that support muscle health,” says Dana Ellis Hunnes Ph.D., R.D.

4. She Cheats on the Weekend

Chloe eats healthy during the week, but on the weekend indulges. “At the weekend I go out for dinners and enjoy myself – life is for living and there’s no point not enjoying it! I think as long as I’m healthy Monday to Friday then I can be a bit more lenient at the weekends. Having said that my boyfriend’s just introduced me to evening tea and biscuits in front of the TV. I’ve got to lay off the biscuits but they’re just too tasty,” she revealed to Celebrity Secrets.

5. She Cooks

Another way Chloe ensures healthy eating is by preparing her own meals. “I absolutely love to cook, and it’s my favourite thing to do every evening for my boyfriend and his family. My go-to dish is a deliciously fresh and spicy Thai green curry,” she said.

1. She Has a Home Gym

In her home, Chloe has a weight rack, a squat rack and her own treadmill. One thing you can grab that’s inexpensive: “Jumping rope gets your heart pumping and offers a great cardiovascular workout. When the weather is not the best for an outdoor walk or jog, a jump rope can be a great indoor cardio substitute. Jumping rope can be performed by people at any fitness level,” says the Mayo Clinic. And: “Using resistance bands can improve your strength and muscle tone. They are lightweight, take up little space, and can easily travel with you for work or vacation.”

2. She Has Had Plastic Surgery But Says She’s “Done”

Paramount+ UK Launch - ArrivalsKarwai Tang/Instagram

Chloe has admitted to having plastic surgery but said recently she’d do no more. “I’m in a new chapter of my life. I want to be taken more seriously,” she said to Closer. “As soon as I started on the show in 2015 I was obsessed with surgery. When I met Charlotte and seen her lips I was like ‘I NEED THEM!’ and now I’ve had the most work done out of the cast….For the first time in ages, I’m really happy with the way I look. I feel that I look good. And I really don’t think I will get any more surgery – I feel done with that now.”

3. She Has Restricted Her Calories

National Television Awards 2021 - Red Carpet ArrivalsMike Marsland/WireImage

“Everybody’s daily calorie needs are different, which can make it hard to figure out the magic number. In general, men need more calories than women. Active people need more than those who have desk jobs. And younger people need more than older people, whose metabolisms slow down as they age,” says the Cleveland Clinic. “These factors can impact your caloric intake:

  • Sex.
  • Height.
  • Weight.
  • Age.
  • Activity level.
  • Hormones.
  • Medications.”

4. She Had Lean Proteins

SHEIN x Klarna Pop UpDave Benett/Getty Images

“Anywhere from 10% to 35% of your calories should come from protein. So if your needs are 2,000 calories, that’s 200–700 calories from protein, or 50–175 grams. The recommended dietary allowance to prevent deficiency for an average sedentary adult is 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight. For example, a person who weighs 165 pounds, or 75 kilograms, should consume 60 grams of protein per day,” says the Mayo Clinic.

5. She Drank Protein Shakes

Karaoke Box Smithfield Launches New VR TechnologyDave Benett/Getty Images

Add some green tea to your protein shakes. Green tea makes a terrific base for a smoothie, because the active ingredient in green tea, EGCG, is an effective metabolism booster. And green tea is mild (unlike harsher black teas) so it makes for a great jumping-off point. White tea and rooibos are also great smoothie starters. And add additional fiber in the form of flax meal or psyllium husk. Fiber is a type of carbohydrate that makes up the structural material in the leaves, stems, and roots of vegetables, grains and fruits. It’s like the spine of plants. But unlike sugar and starch--two other types of carbs--fiber stays intact until it nears the end of your digestive tract. This is what makes fiber beneficial.

1. She Does Outdoor Workouts

Instead of working out in a gym, Chloe seems to prefer getting in her workouts while outside in the fresh air. In one Instagram video the reality star shares herself doing an effective move: Jumping squats. In cold weather: “A proper warmup is essential, and warmup time should be doubled, as it takes longer for your muscles to acclimate in the cold. Also, perform the aerobic part of your warmup before static stretching to help with muscle flexibility. When working out, ramp up slowly to your preferred intensity and be sure to work in a cooldown period to promote recovery and reduce blood pooling,” says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Did a 30 Day Program

In 2018, Chloe famously slimmed down in just a month. “So happy with my 30 day result. Most of you know I’ve changed my lifestyle to be a bit more healthier and drop some body fat. So over the last 30 days I made some really simple changes. The one thing I feel the most is energy, because this plan isn’t a crash diet I felt so good the whole time,” she wrote on social media.

3. She Cheats

Even while on the plan she allowed herself to indulge. "The one thing I feel the most is energy, because this plan isn’t a crash diet I felt so good the whole time. Did I cheat? Yes!” she wrote. "I ate out, I went for drinks etc but I wasn’t as bad as I used to be. I’m so happy with this plan and I’m going to continue to achieve even better results!"

4. She Takes Supplements

5. She Has Gone Under the Knife

"The Courier" - Gala Screening - VIP ArrivalsDave Benett/WireImage

Chloe doesn’t hide the fact that she is a fan of plastic surgery. She is even an ambassador for N1 Plastic Surgery, a London-based office, sharing regularly about her breast implants via her Instagram Stories. "Breast augmentation — also known as augmentation mammoplasty — is surgery to increase breast size. It involves placing breast implants under breast tissue or chest muscles. For some women, breast augmentation is a way to feel more confident. For others, it's part of rebuilding the breast for various conditions," says the Mayo Clinic. "If you're considering breast augmentation, talk to a plastic surgeon. Make sure you understand what surgery involves, including possible risks, complications and follow-up care."

1. She’s Admitted To Having Plastic Surgery

"It’s not something to be ashamed of, so many people have it done. It doesn’t have to be a big secret, it was the best decision I ever made, it brought my confidence in bikinis up, in everything really.” "Anticipate improvement, not perfection. If you expect cosmetic surgery to turn you into a movie star, you're bound to be disappointed. Don't count on surgery to save a rocky relationship, gain a promotion or improve your social life," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Got Her Work Done Healthily

Wireless Festival 2021Joseph Okpako/WireImage

Bedford encourages her followers to get work done, if it will make them feel better. She also encouraged her followers to get safe work done. She tells Closer Online, "My two insecurities were my" chest "and my teeth and I saved up and did my research." Beware of misleading certifications from unrecognized or self-designated boards," says the Mayo Clinic.

In this YouTube video, Bedford broke down what she typically eats each day. She also revealed some of her diet secrets. One thing she likes to do is track what she eats. “I also do use MyFitnessPal to track all my foods because it’s just easy,” she says. When using a tracker: "

  • "Use the tracker to get a baseline of your daily movement and then set a goal 2,000-3,000 steps higher.
  • Use it as a motivational tool to encourage movement and as a historical record. If you have a bad day, you can look back and see that it was only one day among many good days. This perspective may keep you from falling off the wagon because of 'all or nothing' thinking.
  • Use the information from the tracker as a guide but not as permission to throw dietary discretion out the window," says the Mayo Clinic.

5. She Goes To The Beach and Pool

Dani Elle Speegle in Two-Piece Workout Gear is "Just a Girl and Her Barbell"

Discover how elite CrossFit athlete Dani Elle Speegle stays in peak condition with weightlifting, golfing, jumping rope, hiking, and cold plunges.

Dani Elle Speegle isn’t just strong—she’s unstoppable. The elite CrossFit athlete and social media sensation has built a massive following by sharing her intense training sessions and inspiring fitness moments. Recently, she posted a series of weightlifting photos on Instagram, proving once again why she’s a powerhouse in the gym.

“Just a girl and her barbell,” she captioned the post, letting her strength do the talking. From lifting heavy to outdoor adventures, here’s how Speegle stays in peak condition.

She Lifts Weights

In her Instagram post, Speegle is seen lifting weights. According to ACE Fitness, doing this has a lot of benefits. “Using heavy weights increases intramuscular coordination, the number of type II motor units and the amount of muscle fibers engaged within a specific muscle. Have you ever felt your muscles shaking while lifting heavy weights? This is because you are recruiting and activating the larger type II muscle fibers, which are only stimulated to work when a muscle is challenged with heavy resistance or working to fatigue.”

She Golfs

Speegle likes to golf to keep herself in shape. She shared a video of herself on the course in this Instagram post. According to Randa aerobic exercise. “Golf can help strength and balance, improve quality of life and provide aerobic exercise. On a regular 18-hole course, most players will walk between four and five miles, burning up to 2,000 calories.”

She's Into Jumping Rope

Speegle shared this video on Instagram of herself competing in Crossfit events. In it, she is seen jumping rope. According to The Cleveland Clinic, jumping rope has a lot of benefits. “Benefits of jump rope can help improve your coordination, get your heart rate going and help burn calories — and it’s an easy, affordable way to get some cardio in.”

She Hikes

Speegle likes to hike to keep herself in shape. She shared this photo on Instagram of herself hiking the Koko Head Summit. Speegle captioned the post, “Woke up and chose pain today. Every 45 min X 3 rounds: Koko head 💀💀💀 Then sat in my car and stared into the abyss while munching on Banan 🥲🥲🥲”

She Does Cold Plunges

Speegle makes sure to recover. One thing she likes to do is cold plunges. Speegle shared this video of herself jumping into a tub. According to The Mayo Clinic, these have a lot of benefits. “Research on cold-water immersion has found evidence that it helps reduce the degree of exercise-induced muscle damage that can occur after physically challenging activities. Less damage leads to less inflammation, which in turn reduces soreness and helps restore physical performance the next day. These benefits may be the result of rapid constriction of the blood vessels due to the cold water. The cold can trigger responses in your body, such as decreased metabolic activity, alterations in hormone production and blood flow, and activation of the immune system.”

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises

Discover how Tvesa Malik, SuperSport Ladies Championship winner, stays in peak shape with weightlifting, core work, and golf.

Golfer Tvesa Malik in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Awesome" Exercises
Tvesa Malik / Instagram

Tvesa Malik isn’t just a pro golfer—she’s a powerhouse athlete dedicated to staying in peak shape. The SuperSport Ladies Championship winner knows that strength and endurance are just as important as skill on the course. That’s why she takes her fitness seriously, incorporating weightlifting, core work, and mobility exercises into her training.

Last year, Malik gave fans a look at her workout routine in an Instagram video, where she powered through hanging crunches, lunges, and weightlifting sessions. She captioned the post, “Got some major work to do before my next session,” proving that even elite athletes are always striving to improve. Here’s a closer look at how Malik keeps her body strong and ready for competition.

She Lifts Weights

Malik is seen doing a lot of weight lifting in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that this has a lot of benefits. “Lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. This helps the muscle fibers to become thicker and capable of generating higher levels of force.”

She Does Lunges

Malik is seen shifting into lunges in her Instagram video. ACE Fitness says that lunges are a form of unilateral training, and that makes them effective. “Unilateral training is a more effective way to build functional strength (than using both legs) because these types of movement mimic other everyday motions, like walking and climbing stairs — and not just to the working leg. Research suggests the strength gains to the nonworking side are about half of the strength gains of the working side.”

She Does Core Workouts

Malik is seen doing core workouts, like hanging crunches in her Instagram video. Core workouts are extremely important. The Mayo Clinic says, “While it takes aerobic activity to burn fat in your stomach, core exercises can strengthen and tone the underlying muscles. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many activities. When your core muscles are strong, it's easier to swing a golf club, get a glass from the top shelf and bend down to tie your shoes.”

She Does Pull-Ups

An upper body workout that Malik likes to do is pull-ups. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing them at the gym. Malik captioned it, “Got some major work to do before my next session.” Asphalt Green says that pull-ups have a lot of benefits. “Pull-ups are a fantastic way to improve upper-body strength. This exercise primarily targets your back and biceps, but involves many stabilizing muscles in your core, arms, and shoulders. Depending on the way you grip the bar, you can even work your chest. Plus, you don’t need any fancy equipment to do a pull-up. Tree branches, scaffolding, and even door frames are all places people can do pull-ups.”

She Golfs

Golf is obviously one of the ways that Malik keeps herself in shape. Better Health says that the sport has a lot of benefits. “Golf can be good for your health and your heart. Walking an average course for a round of golf can be between five to seven kilometres. If you walk 18 holes three to five times a week, you’ll get an optimal amount of endurance exercise for your heart. If you pull your clubs or carry them, you’ll burn even more calories each round and benefit even more.”

Camila Guper in Two-Piece Workout Gear Cheers on "Consistent Actions"
Camila Guper / Instagram

Camila Guper is more than just a fitness influencer—she’s a motivation powerhouse. With 1.1 million Instagram followers, she inspires her audience with workout routines, wellness tips, and a disciplined approach to staying fit. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her latest gym session, including a stairclimber workout, a snapshot of her Apple Watch tracking her progress, and a post-workout mirror selfie in pink workout gear.

Her message? Consistency is key. “Don't underestimate the power of small, consistent actions! Every effort is worth it when you know where you want to go,” she captioned the post. From intense stair workouts to leg-sculpting exercises, here’s how Guper stays in top shape.

She Uses A Stairclimber

In her Instagram post, Guper is seen using the stairclimber. Stair workouts have a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness says, “Improving metabolic health in terms of lower risks of heart problems and other complications, also by definition improves fitness. You can feel your heart working harder and the fire in your lungs when you ascend stairs. And that’s provoking important changes in your cardiorespiratory system that will make physical activities, like running and walking, feel easier.”

She’s Consistent

Guper makes sure to stay consistent with her workout routines. One way she does so is by staying disciplined. Guper talked about this in the caption of this Instagram post. “Good morning! May we always have the discipline to do what is good for us. Amen 💪🏽🙏🏽✨ 40 min stair + shoulder and chest workout today.”

She Does Lunges

Guper shared some of her favorite lower body workouts in this Instagram video. One thing she is seen doing is lunges. According to The Mayo Clinic, lunges have a lot of benefits. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles.”

She Does Leg Extensions

In the previous Instagram video, Guper is seen using the leg extension machine. Asphalt Green says that leg extensions have a lot of benefits. “These machines provide isolation exercises for your legs. This type of exercise works only one muscle or group of muscles, which means you can build up that part of your body quickly. If you want your thigh muscles to really stand out in those shorts you just bought, the leg extension machine is for you!”

She Spends Time Outside

Guper likes to spend time outside. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying a day by the pool with her dog. Guper captioned the post, “Good Morning! What book are you reading? 📖💚🐺🌮 I'm loving reading How to become super natural! I'm already sharing saying it's a must-read.”
