1. She Eats Healthy
In a YouTube video detailing what she eats in a day (“I eat the same thing all the time,” she says) she details her diet. She starts the day with oatmeal with fruit and honey, then moves on to salmon and rice for lunch. She also snacks on fiber packed protein bars. She eats one in the middle of the day and one after dinner. For dinner she makes curry. Chloe actually cooks all of her meals.
2. She Hydrates

Chloe prioritizes hydration. “I try to drink a big bottle a day, maybe more because I am going to the gym,” she said in her video. How much water should you be drinking daily? According to The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women, 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluid.
3. She Drinks Smoothies
In another video, Chloe reveals that she drinks protein packed smoothies. "This is my favorite smoothie ever to make," she revealed. "Take your cup, put in frozen cherries." Then add "almond vanilla milk … It's bloody brilliant. So you put that in and you want it to cover the fruit. Some people put water in. And we put in some honey." Finally, she adds protein powder. “Smoothie operator,” she captioned an image of herself with a green smoothie.

Because Chloe is all about exercise, she looks for athletic partners. "I like a good build. I go to the gym. I want someone who is funny. Really funny and caring and will do nice little things for you. And then obviously someone who you can depend on to not ditch you. Because I am quite a big character and quite loud, they would have to be as loud, if not more,” she revealed on Love Island when asked about her ideal mate.
5. She Exercises
Obviously, Chloe has to put work in at the gym to achieve her toned figure. Luckily, she has a gym in the building where she lives, so exercising is convenient.
