Chloe drinks at least two and a half liters of water a day from a big pink water bottle. "Add some zip with your favorite citrus fruit. A generous squeeze of lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit or tangerine will add flavor and a small amount of natural sugar from the fruit's juice for a little boost," recommends ACE Fitness. Or: "Make it minty. Muddle some fresh mint leaves in the bottom of your glass or water bottle. This will make your water refreshing as the essential oils in mint help to energize your body and brain."

She Drinks Black Coffee

Chloe drinks black coffee because "it wakes me up" even though it makes "my breath stink." "Coffee is the most popular beverage in the world. 'Do you want to meet over a cup of coffee?' is a neutral, friendly way to extend to a friend, colleague, lover or stranger the invitation to spend time together," says Debbie Petitpain, MS, RDN, registered dietitian nutritionist and media spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, to our sister site Eat This, Not That!. "In one study, participants who briefly held a cup of hot (versus iced) coffee judged the person they were interacting with as having a warmer, more generous and caring personality."

She Hits the Gym

Chloe has a gym in the building where she lives. "Choose a gym where you feel comfortable and safe: Fitness and wellness facilities must follow state guidelines; however, some may take more precautions than others, such as implementing additional temperature and symptom assessments, cleaning and mask-wearing protocols and limited fitness class sizes. Therefore, visit a few different facilities and join the one where you will feel safe and comfortable to exercise," advises ACE Fitness.

"I like a good build. I go to the gym. I want someone who is funny. Really funny and caring and will do nice little things for you. And then obviously someone who you can depend on to not ditch you. Because I am quite a big character and quite loud, they would have to be as loud, if not more," she said, according to the Daily Star.
