"Then I'll come home and have a protein shake or two slices of bread, two eggs and some salmon. For lunch I'll have a tin of soup, probably tomato, with a slice of low-cal bread. To snack, I love crisps or bread with peanut butter. Then for my evening meal, l love spaghetti Bolognaise or shepherd's pie – warming, home-cooked meals. I eat quite a lot of carbs but I burn them off at the gym and I watch my calorie count. I've lost 2st [28 lbs] in the last year."

Ferry sticks to a calorie-controlled diet during the week. She makes sure to stick to healthy, nutritious foods to get the most nutrient-rich bang for her buck. Always speak with a health professional before going on a restrictive diet.

At-Home Gym

Ferry has a full gym setup in her home to make it easier to get exercise. Even on busy days, she can squeeze a quick workout in. "I've got a gym in me house so every time I've ever been down I simply go downstairs and get on the treadmill," she says.

Bread Lover

Ferry says she loves bread. "Carbs are excellent energy providers, so it's great to see Chloe enjoy them when working out," says registered nutritionist Juliette Kellow. "High-fiber carbs like wholemeal bread, wholegrain rice, pasta and porridge provide a slow, steady release of energy. Chloe could do with adding more fruit and veg to her diet. She should aim for five daily servings to help boost her intake of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants."

She Had a Breast Reduction

Ferry had a breast reduction and is thrilled with the results. "So I had my boobs done, basically I lost all that weight like my boobs were huge," she says. "I lost so much weight off my top half of my body. I wanted more proportion so I went for an uplift and a smaller implant. I've recovered really really well, I'm really happy with the results."
