1. She Battled an Eating Disorder

Chloe battled an eating disorder for many years. “I was a size 10 but I wanted to be a size six. The gym was my way of losing weight the right way, but I just worried that I was going to ruin it all when I got home,” she told Reveal magazine. She survived on a diet of Go Ahead yoghurt bars, a banana and a tin of mackerel and was also making herself sick after meals. “I was soon doing it (being sick) most days. I'd starve myself to the point where I had to eat and then I got the food out straightaway, even if it was something really little.” Eventually, she started to look sick. “I looked at at one picture and thought, ‘F**k, I look anorexic.’ I looked so ill and I knew I had to put on weight.”

2. She Has Gone Under the Knife

Chloe has undergone multiple plastic surgery procedures, including two boob jobs, fillers in her face, Botox, lip fillers, a Brazilian bum lift, and veneers, per New! Magazine. However, she doesn’t discuss them with her daughter, Madison, explaining "it's not something she needs to be aware of." She said: "In the past, whenever I've had any bruises or anything like that, I'd just make something up, say I fell over or something.

3. She Works Out

Chloe works out to keep her body thin and toned. She relies on regular weight training sessions with a personal trainer, lifting weights and doing strength training exercises.

4. She Relies on Meal Prep Programs

When Chloe needs to get in great shape fast, she will use a meal prep/delivery service. “It’s onnnn... I’ve been on & off with my healthy eating but with less than a month to prepare for possibly returning to work this will deffo help me stay on track towards my goals,” she said about Do the Unthinkable plan.

5. She Cheats

Chloe SimsChloe Sims/Instagram

Chloe eats healthy – most of the time. Her favorite cheat meal? A huge hamburger with french fries. Consider a plant-based burger. "It looks like a burger. It cooks like a burger. Some say it tastes similar to burger. But is it healthier?" asks the Mayo Clinic. "It really depends on how that plant-based burger is made," says Katherine Zertasky, a Mayo Clinic registered dietitian nutritionist, who "says the benefit of plant-based burgers usually comes in the form of fiber and other nutrients. But then comes the issue of fat." "Some plant-based burgers are going to have added fat, and oftentimes, the added fat is a saturated fat....Saturated fat has an association with raising our bad cholesterol, and the concern is that it may increase our heart disease risk."

After undergoing breast enhancement surgery, Chloe decided to go on a diet. "I felt I had put some weight on after having my boobs done. So I'm getting back in there,” she told The Sun. She stuck to lean proteins and clean carbs. "I have about 1,300 calories a day, and obviously, I have chicken, rice, boiled eggs, protein shakes, and all that sort of stuff."

2. Get Addicted to Exercise

If you want to get into great shape like Chloe, you are going to have to like it. The star claims she is "addicted" to working out. "I've got a gym in my house, so any time I'm feeling down I go downstairs to the treadmill,” she told The Sun.

3. Be Honest About Your Body

Chloe, who admits to having a plastic surgery addiction, openly talks about the changes she has made. “Yes I admit I had liposuction and the thing is with surgery people think that when you get it you just stay skinny. You don’t you, literally, I feel like you put the weight on back quicker straight after you have got to be healthy because it just come back on you,” she said. “Obviously after getting surgery and stuff my body is totally different to when I had surgery to what I look like now because I have literally been going to the gym every single day.”

4. Think of the Final Products

Radio 1's Big Weekend Launch PartyEamonn M. McCormack/Getty Images

Chloe once admitted to Closer that she was seriously restricting her eating, and revealed her trick: She would focus on the final product. “I’m really, really starving on my diet so I’m going to have three boiled eggs. Just three boiled eggs, yep,” she said. "Anyone who is out there on a diet who is really, really struggling, I don't have any advice for you because I know it's hard. But just think of the next morning when you've ate good you feel so mint about yourself."

5. Find Joy in Losing Weight

Some people are addicted to food, but Chloe claimed she was “addicted to weight loss” in 2016. “I think when you see how much you’ve improved, that’s when you get really addicted to it. So when I saw the difference that I’d lost weight that’s when I got addicted to it and I just want to keep going,” she said.

1. She Does Outdoor Workouts

Instead of working out in a gym, Chloe seems to prefer getting in her workouts while outside in the fresh air. In one Instagram video the reality star shares herself doing an effective move: Jumping squats. In cold weather: “A proper warmup is essential, and warmup time should be doubled, as it takes longer for your muscles to acclimate in the cold. Also, perform the aerobic part of your warmup before static stretching to help with muscle flexibility. When working out, ramp up slowly to your preferred intensity and be sure to work in a cooldown period to promote recovery and reduce blood pooling,” says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Did a 30 Day Program

In 2018, Chloe famously slimmed down in just a month. “So happy with my 30 day result. Most of you know I’ve changed my lifestyle to be a bit more healthier and drop some body fat. So over the last 30 days I made some really simple changes. The one thing I feel the most is energy, because this plan isn’t a crash diet I felt so good the whole time,” she wrote on social media.

3. She Cheats

Even while on the plan she allowed herself to indulge. "The one thing I feel the most is energy, because this plan isn’t a crash diet I felt so good the whole time. Did I cheat? Yes!” she wrote. 4. She Takes Supplements

Chloe doesn’t hide the fact that she is a fan of plastic surgery. She is even an ambassador for N1 Plastic Surgery, a London-based office, sharing regularly about her breast implants via her Instagram Stories. "Breast augmentation — also known as augmentation mammoplasty — is surgery to increase breast size. It involves placing breast implants under breast tissue or chest muscles. For some women, breast augmentation is a way to feel more confident. For others, it's part of rebuilding the breast for various conditions," says the Mayo Clinic. "If you're considering breast augmentation, talk to a plastic surgeon. Make sure you understand what surgery involves, including possible risks, complications and follow-up care."

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana Morais is showing off her ab-fab figure – in a two-piece exercise set. In a new social media post, the fitness influencer flaunts her fantastic figure in a brown sports bra and leggings. “Self Progress & Development is not always linear. Sometimes we take steps back & that’s just a sign to course correct so we can leap forward. If 2024 wasn’t the year you expected, use it as an opportunity to learn, grow, & carry on. It’s you VS you - continue to try, focus on consistency > perfection & you will prevail 🤎 rooting for us all to strengthen our mind & bodies this year,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Strength Training

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Sharpen your thinking skills

Prioritizing Digestion and Getting Blood Work Done

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health
  • Decreasing the risk of some respiratory issues

Pilates

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
