1. She Is a Vegan
Chlöe is a vegan. During BuzzFeed's Sister Test, she and her sister Halle revealed a few of their favorite meat-free dishes, including avocado toast, rice, and bread and sweets such as vegan cheesecake, donuts, and pancakes. “Sissy and I absolutely LOVE oatmeal. So for breakfast, we’ll make ourselves maple, brown sugar oatmeal with a side of fruit. Sometimes for lunch, I will grill veggie hot dogs while Halle makes delicious kale chips. And to end the day off for dinner, we’ll make spinach and brown rice with a side of veggie balls,” they added during a Teen Vogue interview in 2017.
2. She Goes on Walks

Chlöe and her sister revealed to Teen Vogue that walking is part of their stay-fit routine. “Every morning we walk our little brother to school. That helps us start our day off nice and refreshed,” they said. Also, when they are traveling they try to walk instead of being driven around. Walking is great for your health. Even walking in place has benefits. “Anything that gets you moving instead of just sitting or lying down is going to be beneficial for you in the long run,” exercise physiologist Jordan Boreman, MS, CES, tells the Cleveland Clinic. “By walking in place, you’re raising your heart rate, which is going to signal to your body to start pumping more oxygen and blood to your muscles to help them move more efficiently, thus burning more calories.”
3. She Runs

Both Chlöe and her sister also like to break a sweat outdoors. They love to go running, “around three times a week,” they told Teen Vogue. “Well, my sister and I like the rhythm to match the pace of our run, so we choose anything with high energy and fast tempo! Our workout playlist consists of Beyonce, The Weeknd, Kanye, TwentyOne Pilots, Bruno Mars, etc. We like to have fun!”

Chlöe also believes that genetics play a role. “I think half of my body is from genes and my family," she revealed in a fan Q&A video. "My mom was a track star—her body was banging—and I think I got it from her. Now, I'm vegan, I don't think being vegan has anything to do with my shape."
6. This Is Her Go-To Smoothie

Chlöe and Halle also loves smoothies. In this video they revealed their go-to recipe, a blend of raspberries, almond milk, blueberries, apple, agave nectar, and ice. Smoothies can be good for your gut. The human GI tract contains more than five hundred species of bacteria—trillions of microbes that help to break down food, while also playing a role in knocking off any invading bugs that might be taking a ride on your radicchio. In fact, some of the bacteria in your gut even help ward off the pathogens that cause colds and flus. But like any efficient military, your bug brigade needs solid leadership—otherwise, you get chaos and mutiny. A balanced gut means your squirming little squadron is working with maximum efficiency on your behalf. But when things get out of whack—because of a poor diet or, sometimes, medications like antibiotics and even heartburn remedies—the forces below your navel can turn on you. Studies show that obese people have higher levels of bad bacteria from the phylum Firmicutes, while lean people have higher levels of good bacteria from the phylum Bacteroidetes. Smoothies can help you balance your gut biome.
