She's Motivated By Past Success

Kelly opened up about her career in an interview with Time Out. She says that she has a lot of motivation to succeed. Kelly specifically states that having success pushes her to do better. "It's great to see where we're at as a group against top opposition," she says. "I'm really driven and I want to achieve great things. The feeling of one medal around your neck is amazing but it just makes you want more success."


She Runs

Kelly does a lot of things to stay in shape. One thing she likes to do is go running. This is an important skill she needs when playing soccer. She Stretches

Another thing Kelly does to stay in shape is weight train. She shared this video on Instagram of herself in the gym. In it, Kelly does the leg press machine with a weight. This can be accomplished through a variety of workouts, including weightlifting, exercises like push-ups and sit-ups, and some types of yoga."


She Does Squats
