She Does Quick Workouts

Khan revealed her wellness routine in an interview with Women Fitness. "Because I'm very busy, I find it hard to get to the gym regularly, or commit to long workout routines," she revealed. "So I tend to do intense six-minute workout sessions each day that fit into my schedule easily. My personal trainer is Jemma Palmer who was Inferno in the TV show 'Gladiators', she helped me to create some awesome six-minute routines. It's really manageable and there is no excuse not to stick to them now. They are so short and intense, I always do one in the morning before I start my day and, if I have time, I'll do a second session on some days for a double workout boost."

She Believes In Moderation

In her Women Fitness interview, Khan opened up about her diet. She says that she tries to eat healthy, but also believes in moderation. "I'm vegetarian," she says. "I do eat healthily, but I'm not too strict on myself. If I really want a pizza, I'll have one, but I only do it in moderation."

She Eats Healthy

Khan revealed her secrets for eating healthy in her Women Fitness interview. "For the majority of the time, I like to cook quick healthy meals that take just six minutes to prepare, because it fits easily into my busy schedule and ensures I eat proper nutritional meals," she says. "My problem, until recently, was unhealthy convenience snacks. I've recently swapped these though for healthy options such as nuts or a protein shake and I can really see the difference. When I have a big shoot coming up I do get much stricter on myself for the few days run up to it."

She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Khan has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She tells Women Fitness that her skin and hair care routine is pretty simple. "If I'm honest, I just try to keep my hair and skin really clean, there's no major regime really, but I do find drinking water, working out, and jogs outside really help my skin glow too. I also try to have a couple of days make-up free a week to let my skin breathe."

She Takes Care Of Her Mental Health

Khan is all about taking care of her mental health. She tells YorkshireLive that for this reason, she decided to stop doing reality TV appearances. "It doesn't surprise me that recently that in situations like 'Love Island' people have committed suicide. For me, I'm lucky to have never felt like that, but I do think both reality television and social media can cause bad mental health. But for me, I do have such amazing opportunities through my Instagram and it's worth it. I always try to remain positive and write down the good things."
