According to this photo from Instagram, Lewis is a big fan of Pilates as a workout. And she will practice Pilates anywhere, even by the pool. In the photo, Lewis is seen doing a Pilates exercise on the deck of a pool. She naturally captioned the photo, "Poolside pilates."

Lewis is known for having incredible skin and complexion. And she tells the DailyStar that she makes sure to take care of her skin everyday, especially during the wintertime. "I always make sure I take my make-up off before bed and I love Kiehl's night serum as it replenishes and renews your skin. I wake up so soft.As for my winter saviours I love Kiehl's face cream. I put it on before I apply my make-up and let it soak in for a good five minutes."
She Believes In Balance & Moderation
Lewis tells the DailyStar that her diet and fitness is all about balance. And she's also a believer in moderation. "Well if I'm honest I do go to the gym but I do have days where I splurge on bad food. I think a bit of everything in moderation is fine."
She Fits In Workouts When She Can
When Lewis was filming The Only Way Is Essex, she had a busy schedule, which meant she couldn't always exercise as often as she could. However, Lewis says that she makes sure to workout when she can, even between shoots, and at work. She tells OK! Magazine, "It's really hard to fit in exercise around my filming schedule but I like to run in between shoots and go to the gym as much as I can to keep fit."
She Does Bikram Yoga Once A Week
Lewis tells The Sun that she incorporates bikram yoga classes into her regular fitness routine. And Lewis says that she's seeing results. "I like to mix it up with a Bikram Yoga class once a week – I find it leaves me feeling really good and positive within myself."
