The model and cookbook author flaunts her baby-to-be in one of her latest social media snaps, wearing a swimsuit as she lounges in an oceanfront pool. She Doesn't Drink Her Calories

Teigen found a great way to cut calories and improve her life. She revealed in September on Instagram that she was "50 days sober," after slipping up. "It should be nearly a year but I had a few (wine) hiccups in the road. this is my longest streak yet! I still dunno if I'll never drink again but I do know it no longer serves me in ANY way. I don't get more fun, I don't dance, I don't get relaxed. I get sick, fall asleep and wake up sick, having missed what was probably a fun night. I had my fun with it and appreciate anyone that can enjoy it responsibly!!!!"

She Has a Balanced Approach to Eating

Chrissy maintains balance with food. "I've lived a whole life. I've spent way too many years counting calories, scheduling way too many workouts and trying to figure out what my term for wellness was for myself. I've been trying to figure that out for so so long," she told People. In another interview with the publication she revealed that she eats healthy most of the time, though doesn't always share photos of herself "at the gym or making green juice," she said. "So I think people think that I don't do that. But if I post me eating Taco Bell, I probably had a fantastic breakfast and lunch, or I've been good that entire week!"

She Is Active

Chrissy maintains an active lifestyle. "I do love yoga and pilates now but the balance in it is really nice because it's nice to be able to kill two birds by playing with my kids and getting that activity in honestly. To me that's more fun," she told People. "Sometimes I'll go two months without working out and them my trainer will be like, 'What the hell, get your ass back here!' And then I go really hard," she said in another interview with them.

She Avoids the Scale

Teigan isn't a fan of weighing herself. "Since I was 20 years old, I had this weight in my mind that I am, or that I'm supposed to be. I've been so used to that number for 10 years now. And then I started realizing it was a swimsuit-model weight. There's a very big difference between wanting to be that kind of fit and wanting to be happy-fit," she told Women's Health.

Do Drink Juice

Teigen loves getting her nutrients from juice. "I love green juices—the ones that include lots of actual greens and don't include too much apple," she told  Shape. "Because those are just meant to be yummy and we all know things that are too yummy aren't the best for us unfortunately."
