Teigen has brought up the topic of her drinking a few times over the years. In September, Teigen revealed on Instagram that she was "50 days sober," after slipping up. "It should be nearly a year but I had a few (wine) hiccups in the road. this is my longest streak yet! I still dunno if I'll never drink again but I do know it no longer serves me in ANY way. I don't get more fun, I don't dance, I don't get relaxed. I get sick, fall asleep and wake up sick, having missed what was probably a fun night. I had my fun with it and appreciate anyone that can enjoy it responsibly!!!!"

2. Don’t Diet

Chrissy has given up dieting. "I've lived a whole life. I've spent way too many years counting calories, scheduling way too many workouts and trying to figure out what my term for wellness was for myself," she told People. "I've been trying to figure that out for so so long."

3. Stay Active

Teigen maintains an active lifestyle. "I do love yoga and pilates now but the balance in it is really nice because it's nice to be able to kill two birds by playing with my kids and getting that activity in honestly. To me that's more fun,” she told People.

4. Don’t Pay Attention to Numbers

Teigan tries not to stress about the number on the scale. "Since I was 20 years old, I had this weight in my mind that I am, or that I'm supposed to be. I've been so used to that number for 10 years now. And then I started realizing it was a swimsuit-model weight. There's a very big difference between wanting to be that kind of fit and wanting to be happy-fit,” she told Women's Health.

5. Work Out with a Trainer

Chelsee Healey is truly in the Halloween spirit this year. The British actress posted photos of herself getting ready for festivities, wearing a black patterned swimsuit, with denim over the bathing suit. Healey then followed up her selfies with pictures of herself out on the town with a cocktail. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Healey stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves Her Post-Baby Body

Healey bounced back from having a baby by adopting healthy habits. “After Coco arrived my appetite is nowhere near as big, I also eat much healthier and swear by green tea and liters of water everyday,” she says. “I’d say I’m the smallest I’ve ever been in my life but the most happiest and content I guess I’ve ever been, not because I’ve lost the weight but just appreciating myself and my body much more realizing how amazing a woman’s body is.”

2. She’s An Adrenaline Junkie

The Inside Soap Awards 2022Mike Marsland/WireImage

Healey once bungee jumped and really enjoyed the experience. “I loved it! I was so gassed about this… I couldn't wait,” she says. “I think obviously when we went up in the bungee my head went a bit like, ‘Oh my god Chelsee, what are you actually doing?’ But honestly that was just the best experience. I loved it. I would never have done one of them off my own back, so I'm just so thankful that I got to do it… I think my adrenaline took over. Obviously when I was about to go on it I was like, ‘Oh my gosh.’ I remember going up and I was like, ‘Can I just stop?’ It was just so exciting and I had such a rush after that. It was brilliant. I'd definitely do another one.”

3. She Loves Seafood

Assorted,Sushi,Set,On,White,Concrete,Background.,Space,For,Text.Shutterstock

Healey loves seafood, especially sushi (although she jokes that she can’t handle adult chopsticks). “Sushi can be a healthy choice, but it depends on the type you choose and the ingredients used,” says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. “Oily fish, such as salmon, provides omega-3, which is an essential fatty acid and has to be obtained from your diet. The World Health Organization recommends eating 1-2 portions of oily fish a week, so sushi may be a delicious way to help reach these targets.”

4. She Embraces Her Imperfections

Royal Television Society Programme Awards - VIP ArrivalsDave Benett/Getty Images

Healey has learned to focus on the positive and appreciate herself both inside and outside. “There’s never been a time when I’ve been fully content in my appearance, but as I’ve got older I have learnt to be happier with things,” she says. “Being a mum definitely puts life into perspective and things I used to worry about all the time just don’t feel as important now... I accept my flaws and my imperfections more now, and I appreciate myself looks-wise and how I am as a person. I don’t think I’d change anything about me now. The one thing I’m 100-per-cent happy with is my heart. My heart is perfect and that’s the important thing.”

5. She Exercises Outdoors

chelsee-healey-1Chelsee Healey/Instagram

Healey enjoys visiting her local park for some exercise in the sunshine and fresh air. “Exercising outdoors increases our exposure to sunlight, enhancing vitamin D production, which has been linked to improving mood, promoting bone health, boosting immune system function and reducing inflammation,” says Cedric X. Bryant, PhD, FACSM. “Being in nature boosts feelings of well-being and life satisfaction. In fact, simply being outside and breathing fresh air has been shown to reduce stress and enhance relaxation. Research shows that being in nature, also called forest bathing, reduces stress and enhances relaxation. Exercising, particularly outdoors, drives tremendous mental health benefits, ranging from reducing depression and anxiety to enhancing self-esteem and mood. Combine that with the physiological benefits of exercise, and you'll see greater levels of joy in your life.”

With a new book just out, Cravings: All Together, Chrissy Teigen is doing a publicity round, and she’s never been healthier. Newly sober, and chastened by claims of cyberbullying, she was positively glowing on the today Show, and in photos she posted on Instagram. How does the busy mom.writer stay so put together? 1. She’s Newly Sober

Chrissy.Teigen.1Chrissy Teigen/Instagram

"I'm actually a hundred days sober today and I'm so excited," Teigen told Hoda Kotb on the Today Show yesterday. "I feel so good, I feel very clear-headed. I feel like I've done the work and I just hope these people can forgive and be able to welcome the fact that hopefully they've seen me be better." She knew she had a problem with alcohol. "I've been struggling with it honestly, for the past couple of years when I knew it was kind of an issue," she said. "Just even like doing interviews and things like I would think I needed a glass of wine, and then it just started to get embarrassing like at award shows and things and everyone memes it and thinks it's funny and cute that you fell asleep or something." She continued: "I just was like, I can't be the messy one."This is embarrassing, and I don't want to be waking up in the morning and being like, 'Oh, what did I say?' Like that's so embarrassing and then it was just not worth it."

2. She Has Resolved to “Be Better”

Global Citizen VAX LIVE: The Concert To Reunite The WorldKevin Mazur/Getty Images for Global Citizen VAX LIVE

Teigen apoloigized after claims she cyberbullied model Courtney Stodden years ago. "I think you learn so much in the moments where you do lose so much, you lose it all, your world is kind of turned upside down," Teigen told Hoda. "For me it was a big moment of, 'Wow, I need to find out how I can be better, how I can grow from this, learn from this.' There's that old cliché like I'm glad it happened, but truly it made me a stronger person, a better person." She added: “I look at my kids and I look at what I want their values to be and how I want them to treat people, and to see that in myself that I wasn't doing that. The hardest part for me was realizing, my goodness, this really had an effect on people. ... You don’t really think about the impact and the person on the other side."

3. She Had Surgery For Endometriosis

QUAYXCHRISSY Launch PartyStefanie Keenan/Getty Images for Quay

“Please endo this pain lol,” Teigen said via an Instagram Story from the hospital. “Endometriosis (en-doe-me-tree-O-sis) is an often painful disorder in which tissue similar to the tissue that normally lines the inside of your uterus — the endometrium — grows outside your uterus,” says the Mayo Clinic. The pain after the operation was worth it. “It makes it hard, every little cough and stuff, but it is truly still better than the contractions and the pain of endo.”

4. She Works Out when She Can

“Sometimes I’ll go two months without working out and them my trainer will be like, ‘What the hell, get your ass back here!’ And then I go really hard,” she told People. “It’s all about balance,” says Teigen. “And yes, I definitely stray, I go crazy, but if I did that all the time I would be very unhappy, like physically sad and just feeling lazy and horrible.”

5. Here’s Her Breakfast Recipe

Chrissy.Teigen.5Chrissy Teigen/Instagram

Teigen once Instagrammed a luscious breakfast: “low and slow creamy eggs, garlic roasted bacon and burst tomatoes from this morning! To feed 3, I cracked 10 eggs into a big bowl, whisked with a hearty splash of heavy cream and a good amount of salt and pepper. On low, I heated a tablespoon or so of olive oil with a tablespoon of butter in a non stick skillet and poured in the egg mix. Don't stop gently stirring and scraping (edges and all) for more than a few seconds! The first 10 minutes won't look like much but then boom...you'll notice it getting thicker and thicker. As it gets thick enough to stop flowing all over the entire pan, make sure to spread out the eggs throughout the pan and keep stirring. Like cheesy eggs with no cheese! Then out of nowhere, the moisture is mostly gone and you're done! More than worth the wait! (The bacon is roasted at 400 for 10-15 mins with chopped garlic cloves on a baking sheet and tomatoes tossed in olive oil and shaken in a hot pan for a bit)”

6. She Wants to Be Happy-Fit

"Since I was 20 years old, I had this weight in my mind that I am, or that I'm supposed to be," Teigen told Women's Health. "I've been so used to that number for 10 years now. And then I started realizing it was a swimsuit-model weight. There's a very big difference between wanting to be that kind of fit and wanting to be happy-fit."

7. She Has Been to Wellness Retreats

“We had the most beautiful, wonderful time in Bali. Como Shambhala, my body and mind have never felt so clear. Thank you for getting me to move again ... and giving me some much-needed body and nutrition schooling!” she said in 2017.

Sharvari isn’t just making waves in the film industry—she’s dominating the fitness game too. Known for her roles in Munjya, Maharaj, and Vedaa, the rising star proves that strength and discipline extend far beyond the big screen.
In her latest Instagram post, Sharvari showcased her grit with a hardcore beach workout, flipping a massive tire in the sand. Dressed in a sleek black workout set, she didn’t just make the workout look effortless—she made it look empowering. Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
